The remote is remarkable comes with a video our Cable guy was here and he installed the tech system for the remote We have cable, sound bar, DVD player, and it works all of them Reasonable price

2nd Logitech remote I have purchased. This model is less expensive and has fewer functions, but just as easy to set up and use. I highly recommend purchasing a Logitech remote.

The Harmony 350 is incredibly handy; I've put all the other remotes in a drawer and never have to reach for one. I really like the one-touch operating system, makes everything so much simpler.

Once programmed, it works perfectly. However the setup is internet based, and only works on relatively recent browsers & operating systems. Fortunately, on the fourth try we were able to install and run the setup software. This needs backwards compatibility onthe software.

Was so impress I bought a second and gave to a relative that had know such idea they made a remote control like this I don't think he will ever be the same.Thank you Logitech

We purchased this remote for the bedroom tv. We were able to program it to work with our Sony tv, Bose sound dock and our fios dvr with out any issues. the buttons on this remote are not backlit. Big drawback for us to use for a bedroom tv.

I have owned another model for my house and now I have purchased and installed this one with the same confidence and ease as the first in my daughter's apartment..

Instead of having 4 remotes, Now I only need one. Remote works great. I have a Cable box, Harmon Kardon AVR 1700, and the TV programmed to the remote. Set up was a breeze.

Super easy to set up. On the computer program you can set up multiple settings with different devices. Never use the remote like this but I'm super glad I got it.

Overall this is a good remote for the price. You have to program it online which is nice because of the number of pre defined things it can control but the configuration took a few tries. He only real complain I could see is that the programming of the remote is a bit slower than I would like.

This remote was very simple to program, just tell it what electronic devices you use and it loads the controls associated with each devices original remote controls.

They have an upgrade to this one, but way to much money for what you get.

We ended up returning this model, although there wasn't anything wrong with it. We returned it because we had previously & currently own the 650 model and wanted to try this one. Suffice to say, it would be a great remote for someone that hasn't already gotten used to the more advanced models.

The Harmony 350 remote allows you to control up to 8 devices. Programming is made was through the Harmony Remote app installed on you computer.

I own another Harmony remote that works great. This one wouldn't work with my Roku stick, even though it is advertised on the package as working with a Roku. It does work for replacing my TV and sound bar remotes, but you have to keep hitting the button you want to use first. (e.g hit the TV button to change channels or change the input, but then you have to hit one of the accessory buttons to control the volume. Going back and forth is annoying. My other one works fine without doing that, but it is a more expensive model. I was trying to replace 3 remotes with 1, but was only able to replace two, so not ideal.
