Love this remote. Turns my tv, sound bar, and cable box on all at the same time. No searching for codes. You program it for how your going to use it.

First, I didn't read any info/reviews etc on this remote. Walked into BB and grad the 350 model as I wanted an inexpensive Logitech remote. The UI was simple enough for me. Programmed just the TV onto "Watch TV" and it worked fine. Has issues when I programmed the "Watch TV" to work with multiple item (TV, Bluray player and receiver). The remote froze up (won't turn the items on). At this point I didn't care to continue messing with it, I figured it should have just worked as it was a simple remote. I returned it back to BB and got the Logitech Smart Controller w/Hub instead (after reading reviews/info on it). The 350 may still be a good remote, I just couldn't be bother to invest time into it as I expected it to just work since its a more basic remote.

This item was a good replacement for our remote that was no longer working. Takes a little getting used to but performs all functions well.

I had an older Logitech remote that died. All I had to do was plug the new one into my computer and it was setup like my old one.

The device is nice, substantial weight and easy to use. BUT, I made a mistake when setting up the DVD player and have found it impossible to fix it. To redo it, the instructions are simply wrong. And try to get support, ha. It is impossible.

Perfect for the intended use. Tired of the 3 remote game. kids always losing one ...... Anyway one button, easy to use and I do not have to fix the "dumb TV" anymore.

We loved this remote so much we came back and bought another one! Customizable features are awesome, so many functions. Prevents needing multiple remotes.

This remote has been great. We can have it set where you push 1 button and it turns on all three devices needed for TV or all 3 for watching a DVD.

This is a really cheap universal remote. The setup is annoying because it requires you to download an application and sync setup codes to the remote. It's not the easy, old school list of codes. I've had this remote for two months, and the plastic of the body is already chipping and makes the remote look dirty. The numbers began wearing off of the buttons within a few weeks. Also, the "preprogrammed" remotes, like Roku TV and Verizon FiOS set top box are missing half the required buttons, even though they exist in the remote. While it's a remote and it's technically doing it's job, it's more annoying than other universal remotes I've had in the past. I wish I would have shelled out the cash for a higher end model.

Wish remote was more refined and sophisticated. Overall mediocre

Got tired of having 4+ remotes to control everything. Went with this due to price. Shoot, this thing should be twice the price.....

This remote is just awesome, I just upgraded from the previous model that finally wow out. I love how easy the set up is and the refreshed desktop app is great

Good remote ez to setup with tv, surround sound and Cable box much better them the remote that Xfinity gives with the boxes

My current universal remote did not work for a Hannspree. I had to get another one for programming. Was thrilled that this worked for that.

Disappointed with this considering I use the harmony products all the time. This device needs teaching unlike the more expensive ones that are smart and learn. My advice is pay extra and get the touchscreen one.

This remote works great with all the entertainment products in my home. The remoteworks better than factory remotes that come with products.

If you're looking for a universal remote, look no further. This is hands down best universal remote out there for the price. Buy buy buy!

I was tired of juggling multiple remotes for AppleTV, the DVR, the Soundbar and Tv. This was easy to customize as needed.

Our remotes were stolen in a robbery, so we needed a replacement. This works like a charm. It does more functions than I can understand.
