I purchased this after verifying that it would control Arcam equipment, and specifically, the components in my system. I verified this by model number. It controls their functions, but oddly, does not turn the receiver on or off from standby. Very disappointing.

The harmony hub once working offers great alternative to having multiply remotes. The hub app is a little harder to get to work but once operating the system works great

Having one of these handy when you visit a hotel with a FireTV is just about the best thing you could ask for.

I'm very happy with the remote so far. Have it set up to control 3 devices. I can start all 3 devices with one button push. I also have it set up to switch among my favorite 5 tv channels with a single button push for each.

This remote was a life saver for me. It controls all of my video items. Even the no name stuff. Very easy to program. I recommend it.

Had it already for a couple of months good remote If harmony cannot program your remote this remote can “learn”

I set this remote up to control my tv, surround sound, DVD player, cable box, and Apple TV in less than 20 minutes. Works great!!!!!

Remote is easy to connect to all devices. I was not able to connect my soundbar with my old universal remote, this solved that issue.

Well, I hit the wrong button and cancelled out my review so here we go again. We had a good experience with Best Buy in the purchase of our new TV and subsequently new remotes. The two young GEEKS who came out at different times were both well-mannered and quite able.....it is the two OLD people who had a bit of a difficult time understanding the new technology! All in all we have liked our purchases and as we get more used to them, I am sure that we will continue to love them. Thanks Best Buy!

This works well for TV and sound system I use it every time I use TV or sound system. I would reccomend to everyone

Got it to work on everything except Ps4. Worked on my Yamaha soundbar which no other remote has worked on.

Finally wore out our original Logitech remote and replaced it with this one. Seems to work just the same.

I was a bit hesitant about this universal remote because it had to be programmed online. Very simple and works great!

replaced the other i had as it finally broke, so just replacing nothing fancy, but you got to have one to control your tv, dvd, etc...

I bought my 55 in tv at Best Buy It came with this remote I had to get another one. I absolutely love it. Very easy to use.

Relatively easy to use, Logitech's website makes it very easy to find and program the product you want to use this remote with.

Forget there is no backlighting. This item does not last. Customer service is not adequate at all. Third device in a year. Same problem:. The play buttons stop working from pause position first. Okay, np, you can push the middle rewind button to have it play. Problem, that is just the beginning. One by one, the basic functions start to go, until you're left with Hodge podge of buttons you can use instead of original intention. Then they go. It is NOT your batteries! The infrared goes. I'm a habitual creature that hates changing out the familiar (when it comes to technology). Now I need to find another brand that might hold up.

The website makes this an easy to use product. Just put in your serial numbers and it downloads the codes and sets up the remote.

This is the worst remote I have ever purchased in my life. The buttons are small, almost nothing lights up and to make matters worse you have to download a program on your computer and then manually hook with a cord to program it for the initial set up. Not only is it a pain but my remote completely stopped working just after my return period expired and for any additional help the manufacturer doesn't support any type of help or troubleshooting without paying them for support..... So let me get this straight, I bought a remote that was made by a company from inferior parts and designed to fail and then when I need help to make it work the same company is going to charge me to help me? Yeah freaking right. I hate this remote and I'm so mad that I ever bought it.... but for whatever reason it was the only one that I could get to work with a TV that I was given. Blah. To make matters worse the online self-guided troubleshooting is a complete joke..... Remote function stopped working or you want to fix something? Don't worry just hook up the remote to your computer using the stupid cable and then use the original factory remote to "fix it"..... like on what planet does that makes sense? More often than not if you are using a UNIVERSAL REMOTE then you don't have the original.... THIS IS SERIOUSLY SO STUPID!!!!!!!!!! Have I made my point yet? This remote is complete trash.
