This is the worst remote I have ever purchased in my life. The buttons are small, almost nothing lights up and to make matters worse you have to download a program on your computer and then manually hook with a cord to program it for the initial set up. Not only is it a pain but my remote completely stopped working just after my return period expired and for any additional help the manufacturer doesn't support any type of help or troubleshooting without paying them for support..... So let me get this straight, I bought a remote that was made by a company from inferior parts and designed to fail and then when I need help to make it work the same company is going to charge me to help me? Yeah freaking right. I hate this remote and I'm so mad that I ever bought it.... but for whatever reason it was the only one that I could get to work with a TV that I was given. Blah. To make matters worse the online self-guided troubleshooting is a complete joke..... Remote function stopped working or you want to fix something? Don't worry just hook up the remote to your computer using the stupid cable and then use the original factory remote to "fix it"..... like on what planet does that makes sense? More often than not if you are using a UNIVERSAL REMOTE then you don't have the original.... THIS IS SERIOUSLY SO STUPID!!!!!!!!!! Have I made my point yet? This remote is complete trash. I have not had any problems since I got it. It is easy to use, not too complicated to program... I like it.

It takes getting used to, but it has definitely worth it all. Life's simpler now, not having to look for 4-5 other remotes.

I originally purchased this remote, but it was defective. I had to press buttons close to 10 times and smash them down to get it to work. Since exchanging for a new one, I haven't had any issues and I actually really like it :)

on my 2nd control. controls my sound bar, tv, and cable box. for the price. I believe it to be a great product

My TV controls the sound bar, and the TiVo is always on, so doesn't need to be turned on or off. I have a Blu-Ray player that needs full control, and, of course the TV needs full control. The Harmony 350 does not make controlling the TiVo function or the Blu-Ray functions easy to handle. After turning off the Blu-Ray, I have to reset inputs manually. Sometimes after turning the TV off, I have use the original TV remote to turn the TiVo back on. The Harmony 350 was inexpensive, but was billed to handle about 5 devices. It probably will do so, but not if the devices require more than simple funtions.

In our move, our smart TV remote was lost. Best buy said this would be our best bet to be able to access the smart TV features and while it's not as convenient, it does allow us access. It also syncs all of our devices which is convenient.
