The required software from Logitech is very buggy. Re-installed 3 times, rebooted a few times, switched ports a few times, and finally it recognized the remote. From there, it was pretty constant software crashes. I've got 10yrs of PC building under my belt, and am running Windows 10 on Ryzen 5 1600 (OC to 3.7ghz), and a GTX 1080 with this saved to a SSD. Finally got a config to save, and have been afraid to plug the remote back in to do the fine tweaking. The remote itself works fine, and feels pretty standard. That part makes sense at this price.

In our move, our smart TV remote was lost. Best buy said this would be our best bet to be able to access the smart TV features and while it's not as convenient, it does allow us access. It also syncs all of our devices which is convenient.

Works great as a replacement remote to the original. Love the way you can program the buttons to fit your needs.

Great Universal Remote. Bought the first one and decided to go back and buy a second one for another TV.

Need to use a little more, seems to "forget" commands I thought I installed properly. Have all basics working, still working on different options, seems you need to spend a lot of time on it to get all the benefits from it

Easy to program and works fine. This unit is programmed for a Samsung TV, DircTV box and a Visio SoundBar

When my Satellite remote stopped working I decided to get a universal remote. This one was easy to set up and works great.

Bought this to replace our cable controller. Works fine and only took about 15 minutes to setup.

It does all that we need it to do! Now just trying to keep it away from the kids who lost our prior remote!

Pretty handy way to get all your devices on one remote. I gave it four stars because you have to have a windows machine to program it. If it was more flexible I would have given it 5.

The Geek Squad connected my remotes. I thought I had it ... then they left. They are definitely a little tricky to operate. I gave them a four because I am a bit technically challenged.

I was able to program my TV, my cable box and my DVD player and used it right away. I highly recommend it!

Easy web setup, nice features, controls enough devices for a basic TV & cable box setup, but can do more.

Bought this one first and I was informed by the Geek Squad that this level of this harmony remote is about the same as the remote you get from the cable company. We needed the one which is the next level up (I believe the 650 which has a little screen on front) to tie in a sound system, TV, DVR and DVD all in one remote. So you can push one button and they all go on. The Geek squad programmed it for us as part of the installation. Everything turns on as promised. Had to return this remote to the store.

Simple to program and use universal remote for my satellite, tv, and Bose sound system.
