Lacking functionality badly

Theirs had 4 action buttons plus ability for up to 6 more. WATCH TV, WATCH MOVIE, LISTEN TO MUSIC etc. This remote has one. It can apparently run up to 8 devices but the process to do that is so convaluted that I can't figure it out and I've done I.T. before. It is going back. Junky design lacks the functionality to make it logical for more than one device. Super frustrating. Not sure why Logitech created this thing. Best Buy was great though to buy from.

Nice remote for basic control

Harmony very ambitious universal remote

It is pretty impressive that it is driven by downloads for the device(s) you want to control. I found it does not consistently control my device. It seems to not transmit or send the wrong code. Sometimes pressing channel button turns of the TV. The support team tried to work around this by remapping buttons...
