Didn't like having to go online to program. Not all buttons are backlite.

Easy to set up, didn't need a lot of time. No screen

The controller works exactly as advertised. You will need the make and model number of each of your devices when programming the remote. Lastly, please keep in mind that this product needs a computer and an Internet connection to download software from Logitech that is needed to program the controller.

This remote is good if you only want to control your TV and Cable/Satellite Box. If you have other activities go with a higher price one!

This is the second one we bought, first one broke after 2 years, not great, but irked it enough tout the second one.

Worked well for a bedroom remote. Would get the whole home if it were for the main riom

I bought this remote to control all my devices and it works great.

Dumped coffee into the remote for our Samsung smart TV. This is truly a universal remote, and we were able to download the profile of our old remote directly the Harmony. If your old remote is not completely dead, you can copy functions over to the harmony directly.

My biggest problem with this thing is it seems like once you think you have it programmed FINALLY....which is a pain....you roll over one morning and find out when you turn it in, 2 of the 3 devices it’s supposed to control just sit there off,,,,,,if I have to go back and reprogram the thing once a week, I’ll just go back to the individual remotes.

It's ok. It's not like lord of the rings as it controls most of my electronics....but not all...

In all fairness, this remote likely performs as advertised. I should have read the fine print better. I expected that I could expeditiously switch between at least two activities with this device. You can, but only after user intensive manipulation of the affected devices. Could have achieved the same results with a universal remote costing half the price. The computer interface is handy.

Bought the 350 remote to replace my 5 year old 300 model that had some non-responsive buttons. The 350 is the same design as the 300 so I already knew where all the buttons were. I would have liked the buttons to light up but I would have to upgrade to the more expensive model.

had the model above this but decided to go one step down for the great battery life. with the buttons not turning on the second it is touched and no color screen to suck up battery- this remote last forever. plenty of buttons to create activities, or any other shortcuts.

It was advertised as working for multiple units however it doesn’t work well. For example it won’t shut off some of the three units connected to the tv I.e. a dish joey and an Apple TV. I have to use the specific remotes for those two to get them to shut off when I turn the tv off. Hoping their tech Dept can help me resolve this problem

The programming on the remote was easy but the frequency is a little off. It's not a big of a deal but it's noticeable.

It did take much time to figure how to program and the extra features are worth the money.

Really like the remote. It does sometimes need to be reprogrammed so it will do what you want it to.
