Does not have all the buttons that a normal Verizon remote does. The macro button to turn all of your electronics on does not always work correctly. There are times I have to get up and manually turn everything off. This, unfortunately, seems to be quicker then using the remote itself.

This work like it is supposed to. The buttons are pretty small.

Works ok. doesn't control Roku. But it says it will.

The one downside to this remote is that you only have one programmed activit . It is a good replacement for a simple setup which includes a TV, one device such as a cable box and a receiver. If using multiple components such as DVD, Apple tv, etc., then you should use a higher model

Don’t get me wrong it’s great to be able to use the remote on almost anything. But the way to program by hooking up to computer and using the harmony website is kinda feeling antiquated. The lack of a lcd display like other models really hurts too.

Once you get it set up its very good. Setting it up is very difficult you have to be computer literit are you will be lost. I called support they were very helpful my suggestion is call support to guide you through it. It does what its suppose to.

More my fault, because I didn't read more of the description and specifications. Thought I was going to get something like the 650/700 just without the LCD screen. It only has one preprogrammed activity. Works fine. Will be replacing the 2 I bought for my kids with the 650.

We had a universal remote from Logitech for years. We recently updated it. We are happy with its quality and if it lasts as long as our first one we will be happy! It's been over 13 years!

This was my first experience with a remote that was programmable remote, with the help of the computer it was easy to sync with a TV that had no remote. The price was also reasonable.

Set up wasn't the easiest due to having to download a program on the computer. Overall it's better than the Roku remote my tv came with.

I love this remote. Hook it up to computer and away you go. Finds every type of component and sets it up. I have two of these, one for living room and one for bedroom Highly recommend

The software for my PC was not very straight forward with the install, it took a few tries and doing some manual installation to get the software finally installed. Once installed, though it programmed he remote and I have been enjoying using the remote.

I wanted to use this remote with my projector/AV setup. Unfortunately, the "Watch TV" macro doesn't recognize a projector as a TV, which negated the 1-button process I was looking for. I ended up buying a touch-screen Logitech remote and am happy with it.

A very good product works very well on all the electronics in the house I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to everyone whom has lost the original remote.
