I wanted a remote to control a sound bar, TV, & Roku. Best Buy sales person said it was the thing. It is not. You need Logitech router etc. Now all it does is volume on sound bar. I should have taken it back but too much trouble.

I had a hard time setting it up and have a hard time getting everything to shut on/off at the same time. If you switch from say tv to stereo, then when you switch back it is okay but when you turn off and back on, not everything turns back on as it should.

Am still getting acquainted with this unit. By far in every way much Better than the one supplied by the TV provider and seems to respond faster to the commands

This "universal" remote was easy to use. The only issue was that it does not allow me to use the smart functions on my bluray player. The point of the universal remote is to downsize to 1 remote or to replay a lost or broken factory remote.

I was talked into buying this remote from the salesperson - and I do not regret it! I am glad I didn't buy the upgraded version - this does everything I need it to!

After only a year of having this remote, the button to increase the volume has stopped working. For a the price of $40 for a remote, it should last longer than a year.

I have a harmony 650 in my living room. So setting up this remote was a breeze. Only thing I don't like is the button layout but other than that it's great.

Remote looks & feels great in your hand but is harder to program to basic components that it should be for a universal remote. The dish network report was more user friendly for connecting to my Mitsubishi tv & Bose sound bar.

for the cost it is efficient. IF I. were to do it over I would go for more. It needs to illuminated and two power button is annoying. It linked well with my computer and works - just takes thought!

You get what you pay for. I have 3 other logitech remotes and this one works fine just does not make life as simple as the higher model numbers. I now use it on a basic tv for on,off,volume functions only

The remote has issues with working. Every once in awhile it will just refuse to send a signal to the television. There were times that we had to get within two feet of the television for it to work. I don't think people should get this.

My husband is not a fan of the Amazon TYPE remotes and has trouble with his huge hands so this remote was for him and he likes it.

It’s a great universal remote. I like the fact that it’s works on all of our system that includes the tv, blue ray, and home theatre

I needed a universal remote that would control my samsung sound bar. This works perfect. It is easier to use than the more expensive models.

I bought this remote for my dad for fathers day and he can t put it down . He loves all the features . Now im thinking about getting one for my house

Go with the harmony 650 I recommend the harmony 650 if you have multiple devices because they have Activity buttons across the top. Just click the activity that you want to do like watching TV and it will take care of all of the right devices for you. This current remember that I am reviewing does not have that function. You would have to click TV and then turned on the TV then do the same for the receiver and if you have things on different input sheet have to change that as well.

I use this remote on an old tv. I love how this remote works with all my IR devices. It even works on my roku.

This remote just did not work for my smart tv..I bought a Vizio that had a one button smart function and this didn't work for it but it worked for the cable box and basic function of powering the tv on.

I dislike the Samsung remote that came with my 4K Curve TV. This controls both my TV and Soundbar basic functions.
