If you have a lot of different things hooked up to your TV this is for sure the remote you need.

it operates some of the appliances but not all and not all functions on the ones it does turn on which is typical of most universal remotes.

did not do wgat the salesman told me it would do so I took it back was not happy with purchase. Would probably be right for the right application but not for me

Bought this to only have one remote and out of the box set up was easy and quick like my other Logitech remotes. But that's where the good nds. After setup part of the activity didn't work. I re did the set up and another part didn't work. Finally got it all to turn on right and the volume and channel buttons didn't work. Not worth the hassle to keep trying so I returned it

At a price point of $45.00 this is a worthless remote because it is only capable of doing one macro which is watching TV.

The salesman said this remote would be the only one we would need but it can't program dish or the boss stereo so I've still got a remote for the Bose, dish, tv

Simple, yet perfect. I own 2 of them now and they work great and I have had no issues!

This was a bit complicated to understand. They do have a good customer support but I think its only good for 60-90 days.

I had hoped spending a chunk of change on a good high quality universal remote would solve world hunger. But in this case, it only somewhat managed to control my devices which are few. TV, Sound Bar, Bluray Player. Pretty disappointed in this purchase. I do not underdressed why these high dollar remotes fail in comparison to factory spec remotes.

Not the best and certainly not the worst.. Associate said it would do everything my original remote would do and that could not have been more of a lie!

When the Geek Squad came out and set up our tv they recommended a different universal remote, so we returned this item and went with what they sold us.

It is a good remote. But if you want more control than you have to step up for a better model. But for what I paid for it does very good job.

I was unable to program remote to my tv. It was very difficult. Sitting in my desk drawer, programed my cell phone as remote instead.
