    I purchased this remote to replace 4 existing remotes. On a cable box, the unit I'm controlling has multiple versions, and this remote can't control the version that I have. On a TV that I have, the remote turns it on and off, but won't control the volume or change channels. The activity buttons will turn on multiple devices at once (which is great), but won't turn any of them off (which isn't so great).
