I haven't able to set up this item around my house. Not sure how people claimed this was easy to set up. Hopefully I can get some help from the review

The ability to switch from satellite to cable to wifi is hindered. Too many buttons to push to switch between connections ... definitely NOT a fan

While you can certainly use this remote to operate more than one item, it does not work as well as the higher end Harmony units. With this unit, you have to operate each component separately on the remote. You still have to turn each item on and off individually, and it does not operate the sound on our sound system, even though it is a newer unit. We are very unhappy with this unit, as it was billed as being able to operate all our video components at once - it does not! Our system is only a year old, so we are not trying to operate old equipment.

I was unable to use the remote due to the fact that i was unable to connect to logictech servers. Looks like a good remote, but I returned it.

I bought this with my new Phillips TV thinking that I can use it to control the TV, my Apple TV, and my receiver. The software used to program the remote is terrible. It looks like a high school kid wrote it. I could not program the remote to work properly with all three devices. And when I choose a particular device to control, the device would not do it. I spent $45 on this remote and now it just sits in an empty box.

If you're looking for a universal remote, spend the extra money for better version. This one is a little slow and frustrating to program. Works ok.

I was unable to get this product to connect to the computer and program properly. I have another Harmony remote that does work, so I know it was not a computer or cable issue. Best Buy was easy as usual about returns and I told them it was clearly defective. I decided a different approach on my need and did not get another one.

It's a decent remote, all Harmony are, but I really needed the smart features (turn on multiple devices with one button).

You need serial # and model # of each item to be controlled. I have 6 television that are mounted on the wall and I am unable to see the numbers required to program the remote. I had hoped I could find someone to help me but not able now it is too late to return. Guess I can mount it on a piece of wood and have a $39.00 statue to remind me to stupid to use.

This is a great remote but not what I needed. I wanted to control my Amazon fire stick but cannot with this remote.

Its a little confusing. Too many buttons that are not labeled on remote. Ok once you remember what they represent.

This really should have been recalled. Nearly impossible to open battery compartment. Finally did it, inserted new batteries but have not managed to get it to operate yet. Now must read manual to see if there is a secret method. Should have checked internet before buying as general search turned up many, many complaints. Not up to the usual Logitech reliability.

This remote would be great if it understood all the commands from all the devices. Unfortunately, it does not.

Set up was more complicated than necessary for a universal remote.

I have not been able to use this at all. I downloaded the remote software on laptop. It cannot complete installation because of Silverlight on my computer, something Microsoft has within it. I cannot find silverlight on my laptop to delete it. For me, this remote is worthless.

Tried using it on new tv and it only does basic functions.

after trying on several computers to get the site to work in creating the devices to connect to, I still couldn't get it to work. it was thrown away. you need to ensure you have the right up to date software or better than average tech knowledge for this item.

I got this for my mom to use with the TCL Roku TV I got her. She has Senior Cable TV too. Even though the store and websites said it would work and hours on phone with tech support could not get it to work. Very frustrating and time consuming! Took it back.

Once remote stopped working, tried to connect them again to the original remotes. After 2 hours of messing around with the remote and syncing all of it up again, it still is not working correctly. Would not buy again. Only works good for maybe 6-8 months tops!
