Did not work wth my Viso tv- could not accept the version of my tv

Was too difficult to use did not have buttons so easy to follow

I bought the Logitech Harmony 350 universal remote mainly to replace the lackluster standard remote for my new 65" LG tv, which didn't work very well. I got it home and hooked it to my computer, went to the setup website, and programmed my remote to control my AT&T Uverse box, Samsung sound bar, and 65" LG tv in about 10 minutes. The step by step programming process is very easy to use,and understand and it let's you program individual buttons with the functions you need so that it works just as well if not better than the original remote. My new Harmony 350 remote works flawlessly with all my tv components. I recommend this remote to anyone wanting a quality remote for a modest price, also anyone tired of having multiple remotes cluttering up your end table. I'm thinking about buying a second Harmony 350 universal remote for my other tv, sound bar, and Blu-ray player in the bedroom. And last but not least, if you ever replace any one of your components, you can just reprogram the remote to run your new component, it's simple and very easy to do.

Purchased because had interaction with several tvs and Amazon Echo... never got it to work; once downloaded the software to make it run it went no further so returned. tried on several computers and still didn't connect to software. bust.

I do NOT want to have to go online and slog through ambiguous and often incorrect instructions to program a remote. They NEVER seem to address my actual conditions and equipment. I dumped it and went for something else.

We couldn't get this universal remote set up with our computer. When we called to 800 number for help, they said they could help us for $49.95. Needless to say we took it back to Best Buy and they graciously let us return it.

Unhelpful website. Directions are poor and the websites for adding equipment are difficult to reach. I could not locate the equipment to insert my codes for each component.

The functions on the remote looked great, however, it required a computer download that wouldn't advance through its pages on our apple computer so we returned the item to the store.

worse remote ever. I have never been able to get it to work properly all the time. most of the time it doesn't do what I ask

Tried to program remote to computer. Showed it was transferring to computer, but when I tried to retrieve it wasn't there . I returned it to store.

This was a nightmare from the beginning. Could not configure (even with the help of a techie). Had to return for a refund.

Nightmare to set up and doesn't work half of the time. Also causes TV to reboot when pressing power.

Unfortunately the free remotes from cable companies were better than this rdmote

The remote does not operate as advertised. It is difficult to have the remote fully operate the TV.

2 different nerds from bestbuy had issues with remote. We used our direct tv remote. Wished we could retuen.

The only function that worked was the cable box. It didn’t work with blue ray or tv
