Simplify your life...and works with Apple TV!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before I got this remote I had 3 separate remotes to control my TV, cable box, Bose CineMate II, blu ray player and Apple TV. With this I've now got it down to one. The best function of this remote is that with one button I can turn on the TV, cable box, Bose and Apple TV all at once. No more switching back and forth between buttons and remotes! I was also able to configure it to have the volume buttons control the Bose regardless of which device I'm using. There are a lot buttons on it so it will take a little getting used to. Kudos to the layout that make this easy. Pros: Turn on and control everything with one button, easy set up on the computer, ability to change settings, add devices and modify some of the buttons functions on the app and sync to the remote, no more juggling between remotes, really does work with Apple TV (the only third party remote that I found to do this flawlessly), range of remote, batteries included!!! (who does this anymore???), works flawlessly with Verizon Fios set top box (even has a dedicated DVR button which most universal remotes do not). Cons: Lack of backlit buttons. Bottom line: If you're looking for one remote that does it all this is definitely it. A bit pricey but after using it for a few days I have found that it's money well spent.

good quality remote
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this remote as it was recommended by a Best Buy worker, as he said it would work for a Sony internet TV replace remote. It did, but only partially so I was disappointed. I got a different remote for the TV and I decided to keep this one to use on the equipment in the living room. So now I can use the Plasma TV, BD player, DVD record and cable box with this remote, which is good as my wife was complaining about too many remotes. I like you can program it on your PC and don't have to deal with punching in codes. Turned out to be a good purchase after all.

Good choice for price and convenience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Finally a reasonably priced remote that lives up to it's promise. I'm happy with the purchase. Pros: - Online setup and multiple configuration options. - My wife couldn't figure it out as easily, so I get to own the remote...as it should be. Cons: - Some of the button configuration is not the most intuitive, but that may just be me and the thumb muscle memory I've developed. - Some of the buttons are on the tiny side, so YMMV if you're pressing buttons in a darkened home theater.

Nice Remote!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Relatively inexpensive as far as Logitech Harmony remotes go. Easy to program on line, does most of what the more expensive ones do. I find it easier to just punch in channel numbers then to use the touch screen on my other Harmony remote.

Works better than expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been looking for a universal remote that would work my cable box. Comcast Xfinity X1. Everybody at Best Buy, Comcast, Fry's, you name it and they all told me that there wasn't a universal remote made that worked the X1 Platform box, While setting the remote up I entered the model number of the X1 box along with all the other boxes. THE 350 WORKS THE X1 BOX!!!!! Totally caught me by surprise. I was ready to pay $250 for a remote that worked, I got this for $50. The only negative I have is that there are no backlit buttons. (you can't have everything for $50). Works my tv, cable box, and Sony AV Receiver with one button on/off.

So, so remote
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Remote was easy to set up, no issues to make it control Sony home theater receiver, TV, Blue Ray disk player, DirecTV DVR, Apple TV. Overall not much to complain about how it works, it's meant to be simple, without too many features or custom programming. A little awkward to control AppleTV, as choice of buttons is less intuitive and you may forget which one does what. My unit died after 8 months of use, so I had to call Logitech customer service for a warranty claim. Still waiting for the sub, but they were OK so far. A little too much questions and insistence for you to revive a $40 lost cause under warranty.

Works as expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to configure; type in model numbers and the online software configures the remote in a few screens. Also need to answer a few questions to customize functions. This unit is for basic remote functions plus able to turn on and configure equipment into one mode i.e. Turning on equipment in correct modes to watch TV. Macro Switching between different inputs is a different remote. This one fit my needs.

Best remote I've ever owned
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got a Sony TV and their Universal remote could not control any of my devices (Blue Ray player, AV receiver or cable set top box). This remote is great; plugged it into my computer, down loaded the software, installed my devices and started using it...how easy is that! it works beautifully. Now I only have 1 remote on my coffee table instead of 4.
