Easy to set up. Works as advertised. Wish it had a backlight.

I have owned 3 of these remotes. The first 2 broke after about 12 months of use with the buttons slowly getting non-responsive then eventually just quit working. Due to the button configuration I keep coming back. The remote is perfect for my WMC setup with live tv, recordings, and guide buttons all in good proximity to the d-pad, volume and channel up\down. If they lasted longer it would be 5 stars.

it would have been better if the entire key pad was back lit and not just the top 4. When you get a new remote it takes time to figure out where all the buttons are and in the dark it's near impossible to use.

For the price this remote does the job right! I use mine for a bedroom remote and it functions perfectly for my tv, rook, blu ray and bose solo.

My other Harmony remote is about 5 years old, and my home theater setup has expanded beyond the capabilities of the remote (I can only use 5 devices, I need 7). I decided to pick this remote up due to the expanded device capability and it was a decent price. After fighting with the remote for about an hour, I come to find out that you can no longer use older Logitech Harmony software, but instead are stuck with the new "My Harmony" software. This new software has greatly crippled the customization of the remotes. I can't even tell the remote to leave my cable box on. Another thing, which Logitech seems to be trying to hide the fact, is that there is only 1 activity button. So what this means, is that you have to press the device button, then the power button, for each of your devices. THEN, once each device has been turned on, go back through the devices to select the input. On pretty much every other Harmony remote, you can setup an activity for each of your devices, where the remote takes care of everything for you. I'm also having issues with it not turning on all of the devices properly, i.e. when I go to watch cable, it will turn on the receiver and the cable box, but the TV is not turned on. Overall, I would suggest getting the next level up Harmony remote and skipping this one. I think I will be gifting this one away.

Almost does everything for a Vizio TV. Does NOT activate the V button for smart functions.

This remote is not what I'd expect from Harmony/Logitech. Don't purchase it. Spend the $10 and buy the next remote up or buy the older 650. Mainly..this remote has no screen and no real activity buttons. When you press "Watch TV" the remote starts the equipment to Watch TV but then doesn't set all the default buttons. You have to select each device and then make changes. For example; if you used it to watch Apple TV and then need to make changes to the TV. You'd have to push the device button for Apple TV, make changes, push the device button for TV, make changes, push the device button for your audio device, adjust sound/volume etc. The software also allows for very minimal customization. Although I added a soundbar, there was no way to assign it as the default for volume nor customize how the activity defaults etc. Lastly, without being backlist, the buttons are not intuitive. The arrow buttons and select buttons are small so you'll be constantly looking down to make sure you've got it right. It's such a poor universal remote it's not even worth buying. If you're used to using Harmony remotes and are looking for an inexpensive remote for a spare room, don't expect this to be like your other experiences. I'm surprised Logitech put this out as it in no way is consistent with their other products.

I have a projector, A/V receiver, Xbox one and Mac mini programmed to control with this remote and it works well. NO complaints.

Not as customizable as the 650s but works well. Simple layout that works. Customer support was also helpful in adjusting a function that I couldn't do myself in the harmony software app.

Not my favorite remote. All but four buttons are black like the remote. Printing is tiny...if it lit up like my cable box remote, it might be easier to see. Sorry I did not save the packaging because this would be going back.

My wife gets frustrated with multiple remotes and devices. She just wants to watch TV and not have to use three remotes to turn everything on. The easily programmed Harmony solves the problem. One button and everything comes - hit the button again and everything goes off. Way cool...

I should have done my research before I purchased this remote. Although it can control multiple devices, you can't program it for different activities. I can only get it to turn on tv/sound bar and go to HDMI 2 for Apple TV. But I can't create another activity, such as turn on tv to HDMI 1 & power on sound bar & Blu ray when i want to watch a DVD. Wouldn't recommend this remote if you want to do anything more than turning on tv/audio device.

I lost the remote for my old TV so I bought this and it works just as good.

I was sold this at the store after considering a cheaper model. It was pretty easy to set up and use but after a few months it just stopped working. I tried rebooting everything. No dice. The lights still light up as if it works but it doesn't control anything! Very disappointed for a 40 dollar remote. Will not buy again.

Do You want a remote control that screams profession and reliability? Look no further! I was amazed by the functions of this remote control. I bought 8 universal controls before for a 2003 built Pioneer DVD/CD receiver home audio theater system and non of them worked, and with this one I can even gain all of the button functions of my systems old remote back. You can assign everything to all the buttons that you have on the systems original remote so you don't have to worry about not having some functions available on the universal remote which is the case in all of the cheaper products. Definitely worth the little extra money!

Great product, it works really well with all my devices.

Setup went well. All my components were represented. I wish there were more comprehensive support for CC — Closed Caption, but there isn't any mention of it in the manual, no button. Being hearing impaired is not unusual, one would think a litte thought /support would be approprate.

Great universal remote, does everything I need it to and can also use it for all the other electronics in my house, very easy to use as well

Easy to set up if you have a computer. It found the code for a older model Yamaha receiver better than some other remotes i tried. It also has good distance on it.
