Easy to program and worked like a charm. Great for the Price

I can't even get through the set-up process because the Logitech Harmony software keeps locking up during the setup process. Read the online forums about Harmony Remotes - this appears to be a well know and ignored (by Harmony) problem. Also, I needed a screwdriver/knife to open the battery compartment to install batteries. So frustrated after spending about 2 hours to try and get it workable and no progress. I'm returning it tomorrow.

This remote does everything I wanted it to do, including providing fully functional replacements for 4 devices and the option to program buttons that aren't included on the remote. I have a Samsung Smart TV and Comcast Xfinity. I can use this remote for my smart tv functions and my DVR functions plus controls the volume on my sound bar.

This is a great remote, but the set up is not very intuitive for multiple devices ... took multiple tries to get it working correctly.

I own Logitech Harmony 1, 300 and 650 remotes, which all work for me. In order to program the new 350, I needed ability to select HDMI setting for Home Theatre which controls audio when I watch TV. Harmony 350 does not allow ANY settings for ANY devices used for watching TV other than the TV itself. Bottom Line: Makes this Harmony 350 remote worth less than other remotes currently selling for $10.

It's done me well aside from two things. 1. You have to be rather precise with your aim in order to get the TV to respond to your pushing of the buttons. 2. There is no "home" button that takes you back to the main menu of the TV; you have to keep pushing "exit" to slowly back out of each successive page. That's a bummer. Otherwise, it does what it needs to.

Package clearly states "works with Roku" - after setting up TV and cable box - go to set up my Roku Stick and I get a warning message on the Harmony Setup software 'this device does not work with Roku!" This was the only reason we bought this remote! We wanted to reduce the number of remotes! Now we are stuck with a remote that does the same exact thing as our previous remote and I can't even bring it back because our nearest best by is 60 miles away! If you do not have a roku - it works ok - much slower than my other remote.... not responsive

easy to program, button placement is great. Only issue is the buttons wore out after a few years. You press a button and it no longer works. There are youtube videos on how to do a repair, but really, we shouldn't have to rebuild our remotes because of lame build quality

Absolutely terrible remote. The buttons are too small and the layout is nonsensical. The directions straight up tell you to set aside 45 minutes to set the stupid thing up and that seems excessive. I'm also EXTREMELY annoyed that you absolutely have to set up the remote using a computer......worse than that you have a download their stupid software. Programming a remote shouldn't be this much work. I hate this remote and I wouldn't recommend it. I might be returning mine because it's that bad.

Other then I need to add the 30 sec skip to the sat controll I have nothing bad to say about th is remote. Wish I had gotten one sooner!

I love this universal remote! Really recommend to everyone who really need it for multiple uses

Well it works but not on all the things my samsung oem did, at $40 i should have replaced the oem at $20.

This device, when it works, gets a C+. Neither smooth nor that effective. It's very undependable. It disconnects a lot, needs to be reset a lot, and is not user friendly. It has a lot of strange requirements, and does not move at all easily between components. I would definitely not recommend it.

I own the Harmony 650, which eats batteries for breakfast because of it's color LCD. Wanted to try the 350 thinking it was the same remote. IT IS NOT. The 350 is only good for watching TV. Cannot switch to Blueray or other media from this remote. Yes it controls the TV, receiver and DVR, but won't allow you to switch from TV to DVD. Worthless in today's living room.
