    I purchased this to run my Samsung TV, Samsung Soundbar, LG Blu Ray and a Roku. I spent literally 5 hours programming this remote. By the end of the programming I got all 4 items to sync, but I could not get them to turn on with the correct buttons. Also the remote was slow to respond when you push the buttons. I even tried adjusting the speed, but it didn't improve. Just gave up after reading blogs, etc on the remote to get help.

    This is the second Logitech 700 remote that we've had. Both became unreliable after about a year of use. The USB connector to charge becomes lose, and some of the more frequently used buttons only work intermittently. A work-around is to reprogram some of the colored buttons, but that's only a band-aid.

    Twice it stopped working. Tec support level 1 is awful. Spent 6 hours with level 1 right after I bought it in Sept. 2016. Finally got to level 2 who solved the problem quickly. The delay between the remote and the Directv receiver had to be set properly. Ten months later it happened again. Level 1 tec support said there was nothing wrong with the remote. Said it was my IR setup. My IR setup is working fine. I'm done with Harmony Remotes. Not worth the effort. I can easily pick up the remotes that came with my Yamaha Receiver or Directv remote and have more control and less frustration.

    I would love to review the functions of this remote, but it won't work and Logitech confirmed that there is an issue. I'm already on my second one. I am so relieved that I did not give this as a gift, because returning defective units for exchange is very frustrating!     Tried two different remotes from Best Buy. Neither worked properly; software did not recognize serial numbers. I had to obtain a replacement directly from Logitech and that one worked fine. Logitech indicated that defective remotes sold by Best Buy has been a frequent issue.

    I bought this as a replacement for my Sony LED TV remote. It doesn’t work most of the time, too many buttons need to be pressed to make it work. When it works, audio to Soundbar doesn’t work until you try multiple times. It’s a minute effort to make the remote work each time.
