Bought this remote to replace a Harmony 650 that was starting to go out after 7 years. As always, setting up the remote to my deviceswas a breeze using Logitech's MyHarmony program. The included rechargable batteries are a huge upgrade.

Purchased this remote to replace an older Logitech model and discovered this one to be much easier to to set up and more user friendly. The back-lit keys are also easier to see. I especially like the feature of the rechargeable battery function.

I don't miss having to use 5 controllers in the living room. I love how simple this is. The battery life is great and the user interface is very simple that even my 7 year old niece has it figured out.

I really was skeptical about buying another universal remote, but after reading all the reviews I decided to buy one for me and one for a Christmas gift. I got them and immediately set about to program mine to confirm ease of use and functionality before giving the other as a gift (I didn't want the recipient to find out it was a piece of garbage). I was so amazed at how simple it was to program my devices, even my old, old DLP tv. Also it is rechargeable and is backlit (big pluses). I gave the other remote to my daughter and son in law and they love it also. I eliminated 3 remotes and they eliminated 2. This purchase was a definitive win-win.

Awesome to operate all your equipment with only one remote. Easy setup using your computer to program the remote. I have used a Harmony remote for several years with our main entertainment system now I have the new one for the new setup.

I purchased this to replace a Harmony 650 because, well, I wanted a new one! Programming is about as simple as you can get, create a Logitech/Harmony account and input your devices. The online menu allows you to choose what controls channel, volume, receiver/television input, etc. Once the remote is programmed it's point and press a function! It is fantastic! Purchased on Deal of the Day (I wouldn't but them if they weren't because regular price is frankly too expensive). Backlit display is a benefit in dark conditions. These are the best addition to any home theater system, especially if you are using a separate receiver, cable/satellite, streaming video/audio, and even with ancient systems like CD and DVD players.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this universal remote. I haven’t had the best experience with them in the past. But Best Buy’s Geek Squad recently installed a home theater system and programmed the remote for me, and it actually works great pretty flawlessly. So, the home theater installation freed up components, including a receiver, that I decided to move to a second location in the house. I bought a second universal remote and this time programmed it myself. It was super easy to set up and also works flawlessly. One caveat: it does not control my Heos home cinema, so I still have to use my cell phone to control the Heos. But it sets up every other component in the right combination for my intended viewing and makes life a whole lot simpler.

This was recommended by the Geek squad technician. It works really well.

This product is pretty awesome just need some programming

The product takes a little bit of getting used to and is not as user friendly as I'd like. It takes a little time to explain how to use it to the kids (mostly how to go from controlling the volume on the receiver to controlling the xbox one without a set recipe). However overall I'm very happy with the quality of the product and how long the battery lasts. I've charged it maybe 3 times since I bought it about 3 months ago. Granted, I mostly use it to hit play and pause on the blu-ray player. I love that I can update it to work with all of my blu-ray/tv/sound bar/xbox/ etc just using the logitech software, picking the device and syncing it.

I love that it works with the Apple TV!! Good remote for the price.

Everything about the remote has been pretty great so far. Initial setup is extremely intuitive, and using the remote is not only easy, it's kind of fun. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting an entry level Logitech remote.

I love this product. I have 5 devices to turn on and this does all that with one click. If there is any help needed, it will walk you through the problem on the screen. It is very easy and user friendly. Highly recommend.
