I love this remote. Simple to use, rechargeable battery, and the ability to plug and play make it worth it. It's too bad they quit making it for the touchscreen remotes or apps for your phones now.

Works well and easy setup eliminate all your remotes

I do not know if there's a better remote out there. This one is amazing! You can customize the remote using a computer. The batteries are rechargeable you just plug it into a USB.

There are only two things missing from this remote. First, it needs three rows for activities; one for TV, one DVD, one for IPTV box (roku, etc). Second, the Harmony PC software needs to be able to order the activities on the screen. Currently, the PC software does not allow you to have put the activities in any specific order. So if your most used activity is on the second page, then you just have to live with it. All other features are work as expected and i really like this remote. Best one for the price. I don't like the touch displays for remotes as you always hit a task that you didn't want. Buttons have tactile feel to let you know where on the remote you finger is before you push it.

I bought one of these for all my family! If you can take time to learn how to work the remote it is excellent because it litterly controls my whole system! TV, speakers, Xbox, blu ray etc!

Works great, works with my smart TV, Sound bar, Xbox & Cable boxes. Only took moments to set up and works fantastic. Can't beat the price!

Used Harmony remotes for years. This remote's ease of install was no different. Remote keys are backlit for easy night viewing and the online myharmony app makes for easy configuration.

Great remote for the price. I think the reason for the price drop is because it doesn't work with RF devices like the firestick. Went from 6 remotes to 2. Easy setup using a computer.

I do like this remote. It is easy to program, the functions are easy to understand. I like that it charges the battery's., ant having to change them every time.

Good for the price when it went on sale. Setting up is very easy and straight forward. You do need a computer and internet access to set up an account with Logitech and download the software. I had no problem finding all of my audio/video devices and adding to the remote. It didn't come with a charger, but I use my phone charger and it works fine. I do encounter a problem with the remote not turning on/off components properly when using Action. Though the Help button did solve the issue everytime. Overall, a good universal remote control.

I really like this remote. It controls all my gear and will do almost anything the factory remotes do, except sometimes I do have to use my recievers remote to get into setings. I like that it lights up when you pick it up, easy to use at night. My only complaint is it sometimes loses settings but hitting the help button and answering its questions usually gets it right again. My wife is not a techie and she likes it because it makes it easy for her to do what she wants with my system.

I purchased this as a gift and was able to program it very quickly. The remote is a great value with rechargeable batteries and easy to use online interface to program the remote.

Using it for about 3 years now on Smart TV, receiver, and set top box. Easy to set up, battery life great, and user friendly.

A great remote that easily allows you to control multiple devices. The screen on the controller makes all the tasks simple. Not to mention that the charge lasts a very long time.

The remote was a breeze to setup and works very well. The rechargeable battery is a must. My ONLY complaint is that me Hisense smart TV isn't in the list of managed devices yet.

Works well can have everything with IR receiver work with it. Turns on my TV, sound bar, cable box, and xbox one with push of one button.

I had seven remotes and quite the time controlling my components before I found this amazing easy to program remote. This remote works great and the price was right.

I've owned a Harmony One for several years and it finally gave out, works fine but all the markings wore off. I replaced it with a Harmony 700 as it was $200.00 less expensive. To program the 700 I simply had to connect it to my account on Logitech's website and transfer the settings from my Harmony One to it. All my equipment worked perfectly. I actually like the Harmony 700 more than the one. It's much easier to use one button for the configuration I want than to use the touch screen since I have to hold controllers up high to miss the obsticals on the coffee table that block devices on the bottom shelf of my entertainment center.

I have had a Harmony 550 for almost 8 years now, and needed to replace it once the screen started dying on it. After some research I found this was the best option in a similar price range. Thanks to the Harmony software, I was able to quickly transfer my settings over to the new remote quickly. I appreciate the hard keys for Watch TV and Watch Movie as our most used activities now have a easy to read and see button with it having to look for it on the screen. I also appreciate the rechargeable batteries as well, and they last a decent amount of time between charges. All in all, very happy with my purchase.
