Easy to program and worked great. It lasted around 2 years. Then buttons stopped working. By 2 ½ years it had to be replaced. I hope the replacement lasts longer. Also, the batteries stopped taking a charge around the same time and had to be replaced with new rechargeable batteries.

This is my 3rd Harmony 700 remote, not that I have a problem with them, I just use 3. Work good using the programming out of the box. Just wish they could be more flexible with modifying the remote. Seems that my new smart Samsung TV and the Harmony remote one my one system try to fight for control. Otherwise works great.

The Harmony 700 is an outstanding remote that is easy to use and inexpensive.

Pros: easy to set up, good weight, ease of button recognition and bright display. Cons: no docking and no battery symbol. You have to plug into the cord and remember to charge it every so often so it doesn't die on you. Overall a great buy for $50!

Outside of the controller/remote feeling somewhat 'cheap,' or inexpensive in a plastic sense, it functions as a replacement to an older Logitech model just fine. Very easy, simple to setup via Mac/PC, and revisit, if necessary, to change functions.

I got this remote on sale for $50 deal of the day. I actually would have purchased multiple remotes at this price if I already didn't own 2 Logitech hub remotes. I really like the feel & features this remote has, pretty solid! Backlit buttons really nice. Can't beat the sale price. Well worth the money. Very easy set up

I can't say enough good things about my Logitech Harmony remote, I've tried numerous all in one remotes in the past few years and there was always at least one of my devices that just wouldn't work, usually it was my Toshiba Bluray, but this remote, everything works awesome, it even works my AppleTV 4. Beyond all that, I was also able to set it up as a remote for my iMac (Mid-2011).

Similar in logic to 670 but much more friendly to use. Like that it is lighted.

Packed my TV remote into a box during our move and have not unpacked all the boxes and it was frustrating because we use Hulu/Netflix etc on our TV. Had no choice but to buy another remote to carry us over until I find the original one. Works great (this coming from someone who always needs help understanding remotes).

Easy to program, handles multiple devices well especially with help function. Back lit keys and color screen add to ease of use. Handles everything that I had been controlling with the Harmon Elite and Harmony Ultimate except Amazon Fire (RF control). Could do with a few less arrow keys

Now this remote is what I'm talking about! Very easy to program and use, and does EXACTLY what is supposed to do every single time. I am very impressed with this remote. I purchased an additional one for my parents (who are very technically challenged) and they reported back to me exactly what I told them.....very easy to program and use. We all love this remote and you will too.

I work in the communication industry and was very happy with the functionality of this remote. I was easily able to program this to control my TV, sound bar and cable box (and yes it will turn all 3 on and off with the press of one button). It comes with rechargeable batteries and a USB cord for charging, but I am still going off the first charge and it has been almost 30 days!

I had a harmony one, and it finally died on me. I was worried this remote would not be as good as the harmony one. Too my surprised this remote beat my expectations. Although it does not have as many activities as the Harmony one, I feel that the Harmony 700 better built. The battery definitely lasts longer than the Harmony one, and I like the buttons on the 700 much better.

This remote is awesome if you spend the time to set it up correct. Takes a few times to get it to do everything I needed it to do. Love it now

This remote control replaced so many that I cannot begin to count. My family can now enjoy my somewhat-fancy home theater system without having to change so many modes and inputs. This is also a big plus for any baby-sitter, who can now simply press "Watch TV" or "Watch a Movie" and be up and running.

I had a Logitech Harmony One that was no longer keeping a charge and this is a new upgrade/replacement for my system. I love only having one remote control!

I own several of these. They are easy to program and the battery life is on the order of weeks. I've had older touch remotes (also Logitech) and, while nice, the novelty wears off when the battery life is shorter and I accidently touch the screen. One of the odd things about Logitech software is the need to uniquely name activities across several remotes on the same account.
