This remote is amazing!!! I installed the software on my phone. Connected the remote to my laptop. It asked me the brand and model of my devices I wanted on the remote. Then that was it. No need to do all sorts of programming codes. This seriously took me 15 minutes. Need a remote or want one remote for everything then this is it!!!

I love this remote, it took awhile to get used to it. However, now that I have used it for a month, love it. However no notification is given when it is time to charge the batteries. Found out by calling Logitech, you can use 2 double AA batteries instead. Much easier than the rechargeable batteries.

The setup and programming was a synch but some of the sync settings do not consistently work well and you have to go through setup to correct again. When it works, it works well. I will continue to fine tune if I can.

Upgraded this remote to a previous Logitech smart remote from years past. Works great and fairly consistent. If it does not connect, there's always the help button which always fixes the problem. Had it for about 3 months and now bought another for my other bedrooms.

This was an upgrade to an older model and needed to pair with the Harmony hub and Amazon Echo. I love the backlit keypad and the ability to program button for my needs (i.e. sleep timer). I also love that I can control U-verse, tv, and DVD player all with one remote. Now all of the other remotes stay in a drawer under the tv

This remote works great for simple or complicated setups for home theater. One button press and magic happens. Setting it up is easy for more computer literate people. With some study on how to set it up anyone can get a great feel for how their home theater should work. Enjoy, I know my parents are happy and you will be too!

The Harmony 700, and all of the other Harmony remotes make it so easy for anybody to watch TV, or whatever other function they want. These are a lifesaver, when a parent, or a friend want to use a "system", that they are not familiar with.

Had a harmony before but succumbed to old age, found this at a bargain and don't regret it at all! Only negative aspect so far after a little over a month is it is kind of smooth on the backside and I drop it from time to time when grabbing it, otherwise great remote.

I now own 4 Logitech Harmony programmable remotes for 2 homes with full AV and surround sound set ups. These remotes are extremely easy to program, just use the Logitech site and enter your equipment and how it is used, the Harmony does the rest! You'll never need multiple remote controls cluttering your coffee table again!

Easy to program, use and great battery life.......

This remote is great. I have 2 in my house, 1 is an older model. This one is great because you can recharge it when the battery is getting low. The only negative reviews I have read are because some don't understand that you need to keep the remote from being blocked (covered up) when you are turning on/off the devices.

This remote controls our cable, tv and receiver. I set it up online using the Harmony web site with very little effort. I now have 3 TV's controlled by Harmony remotes. They all work flawlessly. Very easy to operate, all the settings are saved on the Harmony site for future reference if we happen to change any components.

I had $30 is BB rewards and this was on sale so I think i paid $5 for it out of pocket...No brainer. It was really easy to program and set up my devices, only thing it doesnt control is our Fire stick but my gf likes the fire stick remote so no issues there. Works great and not expensive.

Works great with all of my IR devices. Does not work with RF devices like the Amazon Fire Stick. Otherwise, I am very happy.

This is not my first Harmony remote. In order to operate one must login to the Harmony site and identify all of your electronics wanted to work with the remote. Once completed the programing enables this unit to function properly. Your patience will be rewarded.

I purchased this remote because the older logitech remote one of the buttons started giving us problems. Got the new remote home signed onto the logitech website and plugged the new remote in and transferred the programming from the old remote to the new remote. Everything works and the button assignment was in place.

Take the time to read the instructions. Once you program one device, the rest of the devices become much easier. Just ensure the devices are infrared devices. Currently controlling my Frigidaire window AC, Lutron light (the infrared one, NOT the blue tooth one), McIntosh amp, Samsung TV, Samsung DVD player. No issues

initially had trouble setting up the remote on the computer. I was using edge and edge does not support plug-ins. Once I figured out that edge would not work, I went on Internet Explorer downloaded the plug-in and it worked great. The one remote accesses my sound bar, Roku, TV and dish. No more looking for other remotes.

I have the Logitech One remote, main problem was charge life, it needed to be cradled all the time. However, the 700 lasted me over a month on one charge. Remote's one touch can still be buggy at times.

We have a few of these. Two for the bedroom, so one can be charging while we use the other. The remote is highly configurable, so you can make the buttons for each activity do exactly what you want. We only have to use the one remote to control all the things attached to the TV.
