This remote is a must buy for anyone who is tired or confused with multiple remotes. Since most products have more advanced features, they require a remote. Well with this remote you can eliminate most if not all your current remotes.

My remote on my DirecTV box has been giving me fits for months. I finally decided to get a new universal remote. I chose the Harmony 700 remote because of functionality and price. It was really easy to set up and it works great. much better than the old one. Even my wife can use it with minimal instruction from me.

Although the remote requires a compute to program, you can program and support a huge list of devices. Everything is orientated around activities and programming only requires knowing the device model numbers, and how everything is connected.

This remote and the 650 are awesome and the button configuration is the easiest to use. There may be some minor issues setting up but it works very well when you're done. I've been using them for quite a while. Make sure you know the model numbers of your stuff and how each is configured before attempting setup.

This is a great and simple remote. I've had other Harmony remotes (my kids are pretty rough on them) and I've been pleased with them all. The only request is that it should be simpler to program a new remote when there are already devices in one's account. Rather, you have to enter each device for each new remote.

A friend told me i should get this remote after i bought my new tv. This remote is amazing! Set up is super easy! Takes a few days to get used to it and figure out how all the controls work with different components but extremely worth the money, IMO.

I've purchased countless Harmony Remotes. I currently have (2) Harmony 700s in my home - 1 in the living room, one in the bedroom. I even set one up for my grandparents and they abosolutely love how easy it is to use. Highly, HIGHLY recommend it. The rechargeable batteries in the 700 make all the difference!

I prefer the buttons on this, they feel sturdier and more responsive than the 650. The 650 remote buttons are more rubbery and after a while needs more pressure but the 700 remote is much better, features are pretty much the same except that the 700 has rechargeable batteries and can be charged by a usb cable

I reakky like this remote. Easy to program once you know your equipment names. Only drawback for me is that it doesn't have a dedicated DVR button. However I was able to easily convert one of the color buttons to be a DVR. Like the light up buttons also

Nowadays there are tons of fancy remotes that kids ultimately end up destroying. I think this remote for the price and ability to program different devices is the way to go. I have a shield tv, pioneer receiver and samsung tv and can do everything I want with it

Good overall remote. Easy to set up with computer and easy to operate for basic functions and combined component functions, like watch TV or watch a movie.There is a bit of a learning curve for finding individual component controls for less used functions.

Very pleased overall just had issues getting the commands right with my Directv ready unit built into my tv. Overall you push the buttons and it changes the tv the receiver and turns on whatever you select and has basic commands like watch tv or watch a movie.

I have had a number of harmony remotes over the years! This one is the best one yet. I have not had a rechargeable one before and that is the best feature this one has over my prior remote the 650. Controls everything without issues. Takes a good hour or so to set it up, but once that is done, bliss.... :-)

Have several Logitech remotes and keyboards etc. all are easy to use. The 700 is no exception. Easy to program. My wife loves just pushing 1 button and having the tv, stereo, set top box all on and on the right inputs. Even setup to use my echo dot on the Bluetooth receiver.

I like the idea that the remote can be used for a variety of products including Apple TV and the Xbox. However I haven't been able to figure out how to set up the Apple TV and Xbox and have to constantly hit the power button to get the tv to come on.

Use this remote to control my TV, Receiver, Apple TV, and PS3. Had to buy an additional bluetooth receiver for the PS3 but it controlled everything else flawlessly. Have been using for a few months now and dont know how we lived without it. Has great battery life also before needing to be charged.

Nice only needing one remote however my only complaint is that you have to switch “devices” to turn up the volume or to go back to change a channel if you have a separate surround sound system. Otherwise it’s a nice remote!

Although the remote is good, sometimes all devices don't turn on or off properly.

The is one of this best remotes on the market. It is very simple to use and set up! However it set backs is how much of the remote do you actually need as an universal remote. It is not a clear cut TV off and on remote and it does not come with instructions on how to use the remote and many features.

This is a great remote to control smaller home setup. I purchased for my mother and had it set up in no time. It's best if you have the basic understanding of computer systems since this model is setup through the harmony program on the computer.
