This did what it was supposed to do, replaced like 5 controls, so everything is much easier now. You'll need to create an account to setup the remote, and note the serial numbers of your devices but after that it is always stored on the site.

This remote has awesome features. I would rate it a 5 but the battery only last a month before needing recharge. My older version of this remote wasn’t rechargeable and they lasted 6 or 7 months.

I found all of my products for this remote. I had another remote from the same vendor and it was missing some of my older devices. I like the way you can have one button to turn on a number of devices, such as TV, receiver, and blu-ray. This really simplifies things.

This remote is easy to use and a breeze to setup. After purchasing it, we ended up getting a new tv, sound bar, and 4k DVD player. Adding the additional devices was easy to do. Love this remote! One remote for Netflix, You Tube, dvd player and more!

Got this to eliminate the multitude of remotes that are accumulating around our home entertainment center. I was able to configure it to drive everything we have successfully. My gripes are around setup (the web based app you need to run on your computer to do the setup of the handset isn't the friendliest piece of software I've used), and accessing extra device functions through the LCD screen and programmable function buttons isn't particularly intuitive and took a little getting used to in order to operate things smoothly. Having said that, the price was very reasonable for this level of functionality.

would have given this 5 stars. But some of the favorite keys on the remote do not always turn on the devices they are supposed to...although the remote self corrects quite easily. Still much better than having 5 remotes.

I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to program this, as it would be too complicated with a home theater. Not at all. The software that you download to configure the device is well done with a lot of flexibility. Easy to configure and easy to change settings.

The setup of this remote is very easy and the hardest part is getting all the model numbers from your devices. The remote comes with rechargeable batteries via a USB cable. Everything powered up and shut down on the first try and the software is easy for all levels.

We've loved our Harmony Remotes for years. When ours drowned in spilled milk (ahh, life with toddlers!), we knew just the thing to replace it. Another Harmony! Set up was easy though it would have been nice if we could have copied the settings from the old remote.

Overall, it is a very nice remote. Set up was easy and works well with all brands. Some of the function key have to be programmed manually, which is a little bit of a pain. But once completed, the remote works great.

I didn't think very much of this when it was described to me. I bought it on my wife insistence. About the second time I used it I realized what a fantastic tool this is. It operates everything and is very intuitive. Now I really don't what I would do without it.

A great purchase from Best Buy. The old remote no longer works and this remote wa a life saver since it is a multi-functional device. I was able to load all my entertainment systems (TV, Bluray DVD player, Soundbar and Roku). Easy setup.

I bought this Logitech remote control for my home theater, which is equipped with YAMAHA amplifier, EPSON projector, SONY DVD player and WESTINGHOUSE LCD TV. They all can be easily controlled, without any issues. So EASY to setup. Great product, great BestBuy!

has a lots of bells and whistles , but in the end its just a remote . best thing is it has a rechargeable battery, works with most everything. ( wont start your car on cold days ) and came at a reasonable price.

Relatively easy to program with some knowledge of the equipment. Very easy to use. Incredibly intuitive. I did not expect to be as impressed as I am. Definetly would get the remote with the LCD screen, it really makes it easy to use. I would highly recommend

I got this mostly because I know Logitech makes good products. I wanted a remote that had backlit keys. This remote has the perfect combination of illuminated screen and backlit keys. The set up was easy and the function is perfect for what I was looking for.

This remote is good, probably great for older devices. I bought for roku4 and it works ok. Missing some functions like sling tv button, which would be great. Needs updates for roku people but gets the job done.

I replaced 2 Harmony 650's with 2 Harmony 700's. The only differance between the two is that the 700's come with rechargeable batteries. The 650 were old and worn out from many, many button pushes. I am extremely happy with the 700's as I was with the 650's.

Reasonably priced universal remote that is fairly easy to set up. Once it is set up you can control your entertainment devices with one button. This one replaced a more complicated remote.

This remote replaced my harmony 650 that just got old and the buttons wore out. It is slightly better than the previous model, still not as comparable as I would like with mac, but Logitech is making progress.
