My Samsung's remote died on me. So I was looking for a good universal remote. I looked at CNET and Best Buy and this remote keeped poping up. So I went to Best Buy and got it. The best part it was on sale. Easy to set up and use.

I own a 650 model also. Can not tell you enough how much I love them. One remote control everything in one room - just press one button to turn on what ever you want them on and one button to turn off everything. Simple and easy.

We had a Logitech 650. After years of use it finally died and we replaced it with this remote. It works great. I appreciate that it assigns functions and then turns on just what I need.

This remote will let you hide a lot of others. Easy to program , connect to a computer and internet,enter in the model numbers of your equipment and answer a few questions boom working.

Takes time to get everything programmed, so budget for that. Works great. Be aware that if you have a streaming stick, it may not do all the minutia things, so keep that remote close.

Not as good as my Harmony ultra, but works great for up to 3-4 different devices. simple to program & use. screen is small & can be hard to read, but the buttons are easy to understand

I tried 3 different remotes, none would do all components, then I purchased the Harmony and, BOOM they all worked. Only drawback is I can't seem to get the quick function keys to work

Very easy to set up using the app on the computer and the remote controls all the devices seamlessly. The only issue we've had is sometimes it doesn't turn on all the devices but using the help wizard it gets them on in seconds.

I use this remote in my bedroom. It was easy to set up my cable box, TV, simply by entering in model #s. And I no longer need to keep the TV remote handy just to set the Sleep Timer.

The universal remote is user friendly and easy to use. The Geek Squad tech that installed our home entertainment system walked thru the functions on the remote with us and it was easy to understand. I'm very happy we bought it.

As a long time Harmony remote user this one also works and works well. Fairly easy online setup and works like a charm as all their products have for me. A dedicated Harmony remote fan and makes life easy for my entire family.

I used to use 3 remotes. One for my Directv receiver, one for my xbox one, and one for my tv. I can do everything with this remote including create shortcuts to do certain things. Easier to find one remote instead of three.

I purchased this remote looking for a remote to control mt xbox one while watching tv and using streaming apps. It works very well. I have it set up to control 2 different tvs i use in the same room.

I highly recommend this remote. I couldn't find a universal remote that would control my A/V receiver. This remote "learned" all the commands from my A/V remote. So easy to set up and works flawlessly with all of my devices.

The Harmony 700 is loke the 650 but with rechargeable batteries (via usb). So far I've been able to pair everything thrown at it, from an xBox, to a Roku, to my av receiver. Highly recommend this and other Harmony remotes.

This is my second one. I had my last one for over 10 years before the buttons started to go. It is super easy to set up and even has a help feature if one of the functions doesn't work. I would highly recommend this remote.

Good all around remote, I like the recharging capability. Be sure to charge the device at least 16 hours before you set it up. Usually get 2 weeks of use between charges

Beats having multiple remotes that have to be used but can be annoying when the different aspects of the entertainment center get out of sync and you need to toggle through the remote help screen to get them back in sync with each other. You have to hold the remote pointed at the systems for longer than what feels normal to make sure everything turns on/off when requested or some items may remain in the current on/off setting. Not a bad remote, just takes some retraining of normal remote operating habits to get it working as intended.

It does exactly what you want a universal remote to do, really well. Easy setup on your PC once you download their app. Not really sure what else to say…oh yeah, I got it for $40 (yes, Forty) on sale/special whatever.
