Overall I'm satisfied and did not return this item. I was skeptical purchasing a cheaper model, but its worked flawlessly and I'm happy I saved a chunk of change!

If you're looking for a universal remote with lots of features and a great price, this is the one to buy! Easy to program and easy to use. Controls all my devices at the push of a button.

This handles every function of every device. Sometimes the buttons double press. It is not integrated with the home hub so you'll be maintaining each device twice.

Unit is a breeze to use and set up. Only issue is with the ergonomics of the unit due to the shape, also for price, they could have used a better push button pad.

This remote is near flawless. I loved how easy it was to setup with a very extensive catalog of devices to program into it. The ability to program various "activities" is a great plus. Only gave it 4 stars as my Dish Receiver doesn't always respond when pressing a button. Also occasionally my TV doesn't get switched to the right input, but I figure that's more to blame on my older TV set than the remote. The help button makes it real simple to correct it though. The $40 price tag was well worth the cost, especially given my stereo receiver was going bad and had to find something to replace it.

I've had a similar Logitech remote for years and finally needed to replace it. My current computer runs Windows 10 and I installed their software on that computer so I could program the remote. The software would not work. After lengthy diagnosis, their tech support finally suggested I use an old Windows 7 computer which unfortunately is no longer readily available. I did find an old computer on which the software worked, but I then had problems with finding a USB port that was compatible to the remote. Ultimately I got the remote programmed and have replaced my old worn out remote. One other issue, which I also had with the old remote, is that I cannot find a way to put a delay in the commands at the proper sequence. When I turn on the TV, it is slow to warm-up. I need a delay after TV power-on, and TV select input. I can put delays between various devices but I can't find a way to embed a sufficient delay before selecting the TV input. Thus, after starting any function I have to repeat-start that sequence so the command to select input gets sent again. I really like Logitech products but this could work better than it does.

Easy to configure with all your electronics! All you basically need is a computer and all the model numbers of your components you want controlled and it's that simple! Absolutely love it that I bought 2

We've been using Logitech remotes for years and they keep getting better. This remote holds a really long charge and is lighter than previous models. I like that it uses a cord instead of a charging base.

Nice remote . Like that it still had physical buttons . Nice size screen . Very easy to setup with Eveything I have . Instructions are detailed . All u need is a computer .

I needed a remote that did everything, this one works flawlessly. Setup is easy, you do it connecting it to your PC. Takes 2 seconds. read the instructions though, very important.

Love everything about this remote with the exception that it turns on other TV's in the room. This is the only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating.

Great Remote. Most things work great, still trying to figure out how to combine multiple remotes on the same option. Cable(Keypad uses the keypad, volume uses the soundbar). Besides that, works great!!!

A very nice, effective, efficient, well thought out but simple and low cost remote. I might not like the other remotes Logitech offers because of their high prices, but the 700 (& 650) are great values.

These Logitech remotes are awesome, easy to use. Nice way to control all your devices. When you change components you just log back on the website and update it.

I use this remote in my basement. I have it set up where it can either "watch tv" or "play playstation". Works like a charm every time and it even switches to the correct HDMI output. Would buy again!

This was a great purchase. We had 5 remotes. Set uo was very quick and easy. The product is user friendly and the help button and screens are extremely useful.

I have used many universtal remotes in my time. Everything from the Harmony One Touch to the Control 4 to the $5 RCA. This remote is great. Very simple to use and setup. Commands respond well and fast.

I have owned four Harmony remotes over the years, with only one leaving my service (the Harmony Hub, which just didn't integrate with Google the way I expected it to) There's no product on the market that even really approaches the Harmony ecosystem when it comes to universal remotes. The only real downside is that the app to update your remote is clunky and slow. Thank goodness you only have to deal with it when you change devices, because it would get old fast if you had to interact with it often. If they could just get a reasonably optimized program to update them, these remotes would be basically perfect.

This remote is really good for controlling multiple items using just one remote. It works with everything I have in my home entertainment.

I own one for each TV in the house. I bought this one as a gift for my tech-adverse in-laws and they LOVE it. Simply put, they can easily shift from activity to activity with the touch of a button.
