Remote was very easy to program and very easy to use. Much better screen than the 650. Recommended to my brother and he purchased one as well and commented best remote ever for the price.

It does the job I want it to do. You have to work around sometimes to get the remote to do what you want. I had to read several blogs for answers.

Had a lot of remotes sitting around, so I decided to see if one would accomplish what all the individule remotes would do. Checked with the Logitech website to see if all the remotes were listed, and they were. Purchased from Best But and it arrived amazingly fast. Setup was really easy, but the TV mode was missing a "home" button. Customer service e-mailed me about this minor issue. The customer service rep went into my Logitech account, set up a "home" button for me. All I had to do was sync the remote, and a perfect solution to all my remote needs. Love this remote, customer service from Logitech, and the fast delivery from Besy Buy. What a great experience.

This was very easy to program, and worked the first time it was turned on. I control 7 devices and have 4 activities programmed. Easy and intuitive

Programming was easy but couldn't figure how to program to access DVR controls. Also not ergonomically designed for comfort in hand in my opinion.

This is a great remote. It is a bit tricky to figure out at first but the setup software is very easy to use and once you get used to it you will find a hard time using any other remote.

I bought this to have only 1 remote to connect my tv, cable box, and BluRay player. It was very easy to program and is easy to use. It is great not having to use 3 remotes to do the job!

Works perfectly. Compatible with Apple TV 4K, Xbox One, Sound System and TV. This Is my first universal and I will definitely stick to eharmony remotes going forward.

Just follow the instructions and you should be set up in about 45 minutes more or less depending on the amount of devices you have. Great product and I got it for a great price on sale.

Logitech makes some of the best remotes. Retiring a 10 year old remote that just starting having some issues. I may corrected it with a fresh download, but hey, I deserved a new remote.

I've been using Harmony Remotes for a very long time and I do like them. Unfortunately the website to update equipment is harder to use than it used to be. Every time I update my home theatre equipment it seems I lose functions on the remote. I also used the Harmony Hub previously, but since I upgraded to a 5G home wireless internet system the Hub doesn't seem to work at all. The documentation does say it doesn't work for 5G but it seems crazy the newest fastest internet system is not supported.

I already have a Harmony One remote for our main TV. I bought this for one of our other TVs and it does a very good job for a universal remote.

I love this remote. It kicks all other universal remotes' butt's. Dont be intimidated by the screen. The setup is super easy and the battery Last a long time before needing to charge.

We had a prior version and a few buttons finally stopped working (the ones you use all the time). We've had it for 5 years so it was time to replace and upgrade.

I just love this remote. Follow the instructions with their setup software and the remote is ready to use. I definitely recommend this remote. I especially love the light-up keypad.

Not as good as the other high end remote controls, but all Harmony controls are great and must haves if you are currently using 3+ remotes. Got it on sale, and that sealed the deal.

Being completely tired of having to use up to three remotes to watch a movie, I was looking for something that could let me control the TV, cable box, Xbox and surround system. However, there was no way I would be willing to spend hundreds on a clicker so this remote was the perfect solution. I gave it a 4 because of how complicated it was to program. The software used in the computer to load the commands is laggy and not well polished. Besides that, once up and running, I was able to ditch all the other remotes for once and for all.

Purchased the 700 as a replacement to my Logitech Harmony One. Easy to set up and the buttons have a rubbery feel to it which makes it non slip.Consolidates all your remotes into one!
