It's a great remote for the basics, ie on /off, volume, play, pause. Some equipment adjustments can only be made from the original remote.

Works great for tech savvy person, my wife does not like as much as I do, does not like to use different buttons depending on what doing.

I have five of these remotes. They are excellent and an excellent value. Sometimes I have trouble getting the remote to connect to my computer to do an update but that's ok.

The remote works, but it is tedious to set up and the computer program isn't very great. All of my devices were able to be synced to the remote, but not all functions were available to register to the keys. I do like that you can choose what you want each key to do based on each activity. For example, you can have the direction arrows control your TV while watching TV, but have them control your Bluray player while watching a movie.

the remote is very easy to use and set up. the online guide provided by Logitech it quite simple. the remote works well with all my devices the HDTV, receiver and Sony blue ray DVD..

Doesn't turn devices on/off like supposed to. Not an easy remote to trouble shoot once beyond the help button or shutting everything down and reboot. Had to call geek squad for assistance

This is a good product, don't get me wrong - but in the age of ever improving technology we quickly found no use for a universal remote. We typically buy all Samsung products so we can make one Samsung remote operate all of our products anyway (found that our after my husband had to show me how to use the universal remote for maybe the 10th time). For someone who doesn't mind getting past the initial complexities it's great. But for me I prefer the simplest path from Point A to Point B and I don't need the frills.

This thing is obnoxiously useful, but the uploading of the remote codes is often glitchy and takes a while. When loaded, it's awesome!!

A remote that handles my cable box, TV and Soundbar all at once. Simple to use. Nice not having many remotes sitting around. Easy to understand and programmable. I love it !

I’m glad I bought this, and I do think it was a good value. My dvd remote was hard to use, and this is much easier.

Bought it to replace a 6 year old Harmony 650 that bounced around too much. Rechargeable batteries, on initial charge, still going fine after 3 weeks. So far no problems,

This remote does it's job but I feel the buttons could have been more solid and clickly. Also the UI is a bit underwhelming.

I purchased the Logitech Harmony 700 to control my Samsung TV, Blu ray player, and TIVO. It works great. I am thinking of buy a more advanced model.

Great universal remote to consolidate your multiple remotes into one. It's simplified layout makes it very user friendly and recommended for the not so tech savy consumers.

I feel it's work well but can be hard to program. Also it does stop working at times but the build in help button will correct that.

We always had an issue with remotes, in our house. Too many, and now we have just one, that controls everything. Not only that, but extremely easy to understand and use..

Purchased the remote to replace the 4 remotes I was using. My kids were constantly misplacing 1 of the remotes. With the Logitech, there is no extra remote to lose.

This remote is so easy to use and easy to configure. Connect it to the computer enter your device model numbers and away you go. Gets rid of 4 remotes! I got 2 of these.

I do not like the placement of the cord for charging. It is at the site of the end that you aim at the devices it is controlling. Further the battery is not a long lasting battery, so if someone in your home forgets to plug it in.... oh well. Does not have capability of controlling individual aspects of say the TV or some other devices. I am recommending this, it is easy set up and works well.

I have used several Logitech remotes in the past and this was one was very easy to setup and use. Had it setup in a couple minutes to control 4 devices and 6 functions.
