    I'd give it a 4.5. My new LG has a great, fun remote that I was really reluctant to part with. But with a new total of 5 devices, the constant switching was too annoying. There is definitely a learning curve with this remote, but like anything new, after some time it becomes second nature. The only fault that's annoying is that it won't work with the Amazon Fire remote (unless we upgraded $$$ for the hub). Otherwise, it's been a nice change.

    I always wanted to reduce pile of remotes but price was to high. Got this on deal of the day. Programming is ok but there are too many kinks for functions other than simple on and off. Ie ejecting a DVD. Watch movie/stream you have to switch to tv to adjust the volume and both are Samsung. They say you can assign buttons for functions so I will investigate. Harmony offers tech support so it's a matter of investing the time to overcome these problems.
