    Geek Squad set up Universal Remote. I would really like it if it worked correctly all the time. When it does work, it is great. Sometimes it doesn't cut things on or off like it should. For the price, it should work perfectly every time!

    I've used Harmony remotes for years. Got this one for a TV that I purchased open box without a remote. I wanted a Harmony anyway for my study as I have several different items connected into my TV and hdmi switch. this one immediately recognized everything, even the hdmi switch, and is just as good as the other Harmony remotes that I have [this is my 4th].

    This is my 2nd time buying this remote. Used the 1st one so much I wore the buttons out. It allows me to customize it for every viewing configuration need. It controls 2 DirecTv HD DVRs, Blu-Ray DVD, Vizio 5.1 Soundbar and Samsung 4K TV. No remote teaching was required, all functionality was available for programming using the online tool. Couldn't be happier!!
