    I've had many Harmony remotes. This was purchased to replace a Harmony 880 that has buttons that don't work anymore. It's not as nice as the One which I have two of but it's good enough to replace the 880 and control the devices I have at my guest bedroom. The physical layout is similar to the One and that's what made me buy this one. I'm happy with it.

    Using five separate remotes is crazy...when one universal remote can provide 99% of the functionality of the other five. The only reason to withhold a 5-star rating is the difficulty in programming the universal remote to control each device (cable box, TV, sound bar, Apple TV, and DVD player).

    Good product but not easy to set up and no help after purchase from salesman,nor anyone in A/V dept. or geek squad at BEST BUY in CANOGA PARK. Fortunately LOGITECH is great at wanting customer satisfaction and standing behind their product.They were and continue to be extremely willing to help.

    Been using it for a couple months now. I had been using 3 remotes in the living room (TV, Sound Bar, DVR). It is a little more convenient for 2 reasons; 1) no more alternating between remotes for each device 2) it works better than the tiny, heard-to-read soundbar remote display (Vizio SB3851). As for the TV & cable box, even though it is programmable through the PC, it is still disappointingly limited & the original remotes do work better (Samsung 4K 7500 series TV & U Verse DVR). There is also a slight lag compared to the TV & DVR remotes. Pretty common to overshoot while scrolling & have to go back up (or down) to click on what you were wanting. I got it on sale for around $50 & for that price, I would say it's worth it. I don't know how they could ever justify charging the original price of $120
