this remote works great. it even controls my apple tv. Works flawlessly with my direct, sony tv and sony sound bar. Best buy had it on sale for 39 dollars with made it even a better buy. if you are looking to get rid of the remote clutter but don't need to whole harmony hub stuff this is the remote for you.

I have used this remote for about 2 months and so far I have been satisfied with it. One issue I've noticed is the rechargeable batteries needs charging more often than regular batteries would last.

Nice remote ...good online software and easy device hookup. Could use brighter back lit buttons and had a glitch trying to power on a device but could be that it didn't come with a remote although it was in the device list.

Bought this for my game room. the Tv, sound system, blu ray player and I have two Honeywell tower fans in the room since central ac doesn't push out well in there. I was really surprised it could control the fans too. replaced 4 remotes. love it

I purchased this remote to reduce my remote clutter. After adding my TV, speakers, and DirecTV. I was surprised how much better the remote was than my DirecTV remote. I had better response time and better control of the other devices.

This works really well, especially if you have multiple devices that some in the household may struggle to navigate between inputs. You can give them one touch operation to get to the setup they need and name it so they can easily identify what they want to do. Programming was not very complicated.

I like this remote because once I programmed it I was able to lose three other remotes, but unfortunately when you have blue tooth remotes for two other items you can't use this remote with them so I like the way it works with that exception.

I bought this so I could control both my Samsung tv and Yamaha sound at using the same remote. It works great for basic on/off and volume functions but there are a few commands that have to manually created, which I find a bit frustrating.

This remote is perfect for all of my devices. I like the fact the keys are backlit. Setup requires a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it you will be fine. Needs to be line of sight...This is RF. Pending on useage recharge once a week. Cannot be used during charging.

Other than being a bit disappointed that it did not properly translate my previous 650 configuration as implied by the Harmony software ... hint, just start from scratch. It is quite easy. Works very nicely, improved device sequencing over the 650, plus a nice new high resolution screen.

I'm still getting the hang of using it. You have to switch around to get back to the menu on blu-rays and going back/return in Vudu. the back/return key doesn't work in blu rays and in VUDU. I would recommend.

Works as advertized and I'm enjoying just one remote for all my devices. The only downfall is the remote does not charge from my laptop's USB port (uses rechargeable batteries). Other USB sources seem to be fine for charging.

I had a logitech harmony remote for six years prior to the purchase of this one. Actually wore the symbols off the key pad. Never had an issue. Hope to get the same outcome form the 700 series remote. So far, no issues. Help button always solves any issues with the components not working.

I have used Harmony remotes for over 10 years and this specific model for 7 years. For the most part this remote is easy to setup and operate. The only issue I have experienced is getting a bad one--look out for overheating batteries.

Logitech makes good universal remotes in their Harmony line and this is no exception. As long as you have a computer with an internet connection to connect this remote to, you'll have access to an extensive database of hardware that this remote control can control. Excellent remote!

I have three of these remotes and they work great and easy to program the last one I just got can see small cut backs like doesn't come with wall charger anymore and USB cable is half the length it use to be making it way to short

GREAT JUST DON'T LIKE SWITCHING DEVICES TO CONTROL EACH ONE BUT I GUESS I'M HAPPY BECAUSE I NO LONGER HAVE TO GET UP AND ADJUST RECEIVER SURROUND SOUND. AND DOESNT TURN OFF ALL MY DEVICES ALL AT ONES HAVE TO DO EACH ONE SEPARATE.

Overall the balance and button placement is decent. The backlighting activates when you pick up the remote. Battery life could be longer, but you can use standard rechargeable AA batteries from an external charger.

Condensed 3 remotes to one and when I add more devices I know I'm covered. Wished it worked for PS4 but not too bad. Little trouble with my sound bar but I think i it's a setup issue with an easy fix

Geek squad had to set it up for me. Works well. Lost connection with cable box recently though so I have to walk to other side of room to push the on button but the channels and volume still change...
