I recently bought this controller at the end of Christmas 2016, liked it so much I purchased another one for the TV in the bedroom. Nice styling and easy to hold and operate. Came with rechargeable batteries super nice.

Love the remote, set up to drive both TV's (different room) and all is well 2 crazy things - 1) everything lights up EXCEPT the keys to select "watch TV". 2) there is no sleep timer (weird) Overall we are enjoying

If you have a lost or broken remote, this is a great replacement. The connection to devices is strong and the battery life is long. It has been dropped a few times and still works. The drop was about three feet on to a wood floor.

Less remotes. Less batteries. Use for my Samsung and Sharp TVs in my bedroom, along with DirecTV and sound bar. Would be great if it worked on my Fire Stick but pleasantly surprised that it says it does NOT work with PS4 but if you program it, it will pause and play it!

The remote is solid but with the Apple TV is has issues turning it off all the time. It only turns it off sometimes. I have reach out to many blogs just to come up empty. But it do have alot of functions to pick from...

Needed a multi device remote and saw this on sale. I have never had a Harmony remote. I was amazed at how easy this is to setup and activities that turn on and off multiple devices at the push of one button is awesome.

Pretty easy to set up and has eliminated the need for 3 separate remotes in one room and 5 in another. Still need to add some specific string of functions to make it easier to switch sources, but looks like that will be pretty easy to do.

It became to difficult for my husband to operate and he was always screwing it up. We have Spectrum and they could not guarantee there equipment would work with this remote. So now we have to use there equipment.

Works great. Need to keep remote pointed at your devices for a few seconds after pushing button but works fine. Tough to use keyboard with just one hand due to location at bottom of remote.

This is a very good remote...performs as described as long as you get one that works properly. In the past, had one that would over heat (battery compartment area). Took it back and got another one that works great.

overall this thing is a nice universal remote, the software to install for Windows or Mac is easy to use with step-by-step setup. It's little quarks probably have more to do with the hardware (TV, soundbard, BR player and Xbox) I'm using. the quick actions are great but once in awhile you have to go through a quick and painless reset. the "quarks" are once in awhile I'll use the Turn All Off button or the quick actions I've setup and it doesn't turn off or on the devices associated with the Action. The remote has a Help button that very quickly resolves the problem by pressing one or two buttons.

Second one because some of the buttons on the first one would not work at times! So my wife bought me another one to use ! It works great for my 4 units to control! Just have to lean how to use it!!!

Easy to program, pretty straight forward. Works awesome 80% of the time. Sometimes the "actions" that are programmed don't always work. Just have to turn on items equipment 1 at a time.

Great remote for the price. I replaced a Harmony 650 with this solely because the 700 has back lit keys so you can use this remote at night.I use this remote with my new 4k TV, sound system and cable box in my bedroom so back lit keys are a must

This isn't a plug and play remote. It does take a little time to configure everything you want it to do. The Logitech customer service people are VERY helpful. They will walk you through everything and their follow-up is shockingly absolutely phenomenal.

Nice button layout. Color LCD screen. Keys are backlit for easy use in a dark room. Harmony remotes are easy to program using the web based application on the Windows. I have 2 other Harmony remotes and love them all. Also includes rechargeable batteries.

I was told the batteries would not run down but they have already. No instructions were left as to recharging. Had to make trip to Best Buy to find out how to recharge batteries in unit. Working ok now.

I've heard people complain about battery life but I have no problems with that. They must just watch too much TV. Make sure you have a computer and Internet to set it up. All in lol It's a good remote control. Feels good in the hand and has good range.

these remotes are awesome. Second one I own of this model and I had a couple previous models as well. It is truly universal and works as advertised.... it is made well enough to withstand a drop on the floor from time to time which is going to happen.

Remote is good for basic operation like Volume, Program, and input change. Not good or not as easy as traditional remote if you start using the smart applications like apps on TV, Roku or Blu-ray player.
