This remote is great, it comes with rechargeable batteries included, easily syncs with your PC and the software to set up each item you plan to use it on is extremely easy to use. I recently purchased an HDMI switch that included its own remote to change between inputs and I didnt think it would be a common enough item for it to be in logitechs database. Low and behold it was and setup was a breeze.

I expected it to be difficult to use, but even my wife had no problems. If it goes off track. It is simple to reset.

I have never had a universal remote before but I will never not have one again!! Very easy to use and get used to. I love not having a bunch of remotes hanging around!!

I've always looked at the higher harmony brand remotes and while they look nice, couldnt justify the price. However, with the 700 series, I think Logitech really found their most practical remote for the everyday user without breaking the bank. The device feels great too! Overall, if you're looking for a great remote that's not $100 and will fit almost anyone's needs, grab this one!!

Purchased this remote as a deal of the day buy. Even at full price this remote is worth it. Very easy to set up. Takes a little more time of you want to move device placements for faster access but not a big deal. One down side is you need to be directly in front of any device your using it for. Too far off to the side it is hit and miss. All in all a great product. Highly recommended

I have five of these remotes for a very good reason. They worked exceptionally well with my various equipment. From my 12' projector with surround sound amplification and seven speakers to my living room tv with a sound bar, this remote does it all. It is easy to program through my laptop. I cannot stand the remotes that come from the cable company. The 700 is a million times better!

This thing exceeded my expectations. It works with somewhat obscure devices and was very easy to set up. Finally found a non-wifi requiring, no hub needed, easy to use remote. Controls 2 different TVs, a projector, and 3 different sound systems in the crazy movie room I've set up. TV even seems more responsive than with the remote it came with!

Finally bought this to tie the reciver, DVD player, tv all together ...& it was on sale during Black Friday :)

Bought this remote so that I do not have to fumble with multiple remotes. Very easy to setup and use. This remote has exceeded my expectations!

My husband hates having multiple remotes and the Harmony solves it! No more worries about source button and which source is which. Love love love this remote.

I have a logitech 650...its great but I go thru a lot of batteries. The 700 works as well but has rechargeable batteries which is a real bonus

This is a great remote. I could use it turn on almost everything. If you can't turn it on you can always go online and download the codes.

Like everyone else I needed a universal remote that would replace the six others that cluttered the end table. This model replaced everyone of them & I had it set up in about 10 minutes. I logged in to the website, listed the model numbers of all the units I had (including an older model Yamaha receiver) & all the units responded except one. But with the help feature in the remote the last unit came on-line in a matter of minutes. The remote lets me program separate settings, so if I want to watch TV, with the touch of one button the tv, the tuner & the Dish box all turn on. If I want to watch a blu-ray movie I press another button & the tv, the tuner & the blu-ray turn on. With this remote I can set up any number of different settings. & when I'm done for the night I hit the power off button & everything I had on, turns off. It can't get much easier than that. This was definitely worth the money!

The backlite keyboard is the greatest concept, wish they would put it on laptops. No more turning on the lights to see the keyboard

I've been happily using the Logitech 650 remote for several years now. I've gone through about 3 of them (buttons wearing out primarily) and about a million batteries in that time. When I saw this rechargeable version on a pre-Black Friday sale for $50, I had to jump on it. The 650 was an undeniable battery hog and being able to just plug this one in at night when it starts to run out of juice is a great option. The only "negative" is that when I tried to update the settings using the online Logitech website/application, not all of the settings were added to the new remote. Only some of the saved settings/features that I had for my 650 were imported to the new 700 model. I had to manually do a ton of updates, but that is a fault with the Logitech programming and not the remote itself. Bottom line, if you have been using a Logitech 650 (or earlier) model and have liked it, then you should have no qualms about getting the 700. You'll save money on batteries and it's the same solid quality as the 650.

Once you program or have someone do it for you it's great. One remote for everything. Had it for a long tI'm and would buy again.

You can put all your other remotes in a drawer and forget them. Connect this remote to Harmony's website via the downloaded app. Give it the model numbers of your equipment and it will program the remote for you. You can customize it further if you wish to make it do all kinds of things. I have 3 of these remotes.

This was my first universal remote. It was prurchased, because the number of my remotes was getting out of hand. Also, my Dad had given me and old blue ray player that lacked a remote. It took a fair bit of work to program and I never did get it to work the blue ray player. It works fine for my TV, smart TV functions, sound bar and DVD player although occasionally I use one of the specific remotes. I would buy it again.

We have used Harmony products for 5 years. This unit was a step up from our previous Harmony controller.

This remote is easy to use and you are able to connect all devices to it! It makes life simpler not having so many remotes.
