Works great and I do like the fact that I only use one remote to work all my TV entertainment. A little confusing at first to work with but the as said try and try again.

I love that it can be programmed to do most things if the component allows it. My last harmony was able to change speaker configuration, but this one cannot with the new component.

This remote is perfect for what I need. Wish it was RF instead of IR, but still connects to all of my equipment and has a help feature that will turn things on or off if they don’t respond the first time.

My second Logitech remote and I am always pleased with their products. I don't the buttons are designed as well as some of the other remotes they make, but overall a solid product.

Bought this harmony to replace my older harmony. Have had good luck with these remotes. Love the recharge feature and this one is even better. Adapts to all of my devices easily.

Harmony Remote 950 is difficult to network with Amazon Echo which is the opposite of what it promotes.Changing devices has a lag as well as a lag when changing programmed series. The favorites function is clunky and the directions to add favorites is unclear. When you press a command that uses two or more devices, the programmed steps all come up on your screen one by one and looks really stupid, not to mention the lag time Changing channel is easy, but there is no key that will allow you to scroll by page (page down/up)

Easy to set up, worked right away. Took me from 5 remotes down to 2 (amazon fire stick is not infrared). Rechargeable which is also a huge plus. It goes on sale often too, I payed $50 and making it even more of a great value

With the latest updates to the remote's programming software, this product has become a total breeze to program. The rechargeable battery could hold a charge a bit longer, though.

I have several other Harmony remotes and they are all great. I got a new TV and Amazon fire stick. Found out this one doesn’t work on IR for the fire stick.

A good all in one remote. Interfaces well with all the devices I have. The only downside is the rechargeable batteries it comes with. They don't hold a charge long at all.

I purchased this because I had to control more devices than my previous model allowed. It does work but the harmony updater thing never says 100% completed. I just unplug it at 99 and so far no problems. I saw where many reviewers complained about the charging cable but I was not too concerned about that since I already use lithium ion rechargeable batteries so I just replace them with freshly charged ones. Id probably recommend holding out for a good price on a model which includes the smart hub, but this will do

Harmony is a busted brand and this remote control is an excellent choice at this price! Great feel. The only complaint I have is that it is a bit slow on turning our A/V system on but once it's on there are now issues.

My husband sometimes works night shift. I bought these headphones so I can watch TV without waking my husband. Headphones work great! I turn the volume all the way down on the TV and listen thru the headphones.

We originally wanted a universal remote to work with our Sonos system-- we were told only a $700 remote was compatible so we decided to just give this one a try. Come to find out if even adjusts the sonos volume!

My harmony remote replaced my other controls and it a 4.5 star product. Would of given it a 5 but it takes time and effort to set up . Could be less time consuming to set up

This device eliminates the voice feature I have on my Comcast Infinity contract. I found it difficult to understand and follow the detailed, complicated directions online.

Finally! A remote that can control multiple media devices that is actually pretty easy to set up. It does require connection to your pic and you'll need model number of your media devices, but set up was super easy.

This would have been a perfect universal remote, if it had bluetooth. The remote feels great in your hand and does not feel like a cheap device. I ended up returning this item because it did not support bluetooth.

As with most Logitech products, this thing is awesome. It controls all my devices with no issues. It has an ergonomic feel to it and legible screen. The convenience of this remote is undeniable. I highly recommend.

This remote can do a lot of things as long as you take the time to read the instructions and download the latest version of the software from Harmony. The main reason I got this was it has a backlit bottons.
