Overall I favor this less than my old Harmony 550 remote. The one item that I'm not a supporter of is not being able to re-assign certain buttons to preform a different task, like nothing. When a device you have doesn't support a feature this remote puts some kind of default action for that which is usually very unintuitive so when the button is accidentally pressed something very unexpected happens. It would be so nice to be able to have the button preform no action.

The app you use to configure this remote is absolutely terrible. I would recommend looking elsewhere as this does not perform to the standard in which i expected.

We have two of these and we just bought this one for my mom, who lives in another city. I walked her through the steps of setting it up and she loves it.

Only drawback to the monitor is that the base doesn't tilt and even looks like it might be slightly tilted downward. Other than that it is a good monitor.

It works well but it breaks very easily and the buttons often stop working after using for a bit

The 700 or the 650 are the best remotes you can buy. The new harmony's are just not as good with the button placement. The 650 and the 700 are basically the same except the 700 is rechargeable.

Great new version to the previous generations. Not as good as my previous version since it doesn't have a touch screen, but life goes on!

I love this remote! It is super easy to setup and use. Can be a little bit of a pain to keep pressing all the buttons to change devices but way better then having a bunch of remotes to use.

Great purchase. Had more expectations than were met. I expected it to change to the preferred channel and such and it did not meet that expectation.

Works pretty good but there are a few quirks. It forgets my watch tv activity when I use another remote. It self fixes itself but it is annoying.

Minimizes clutter and removes the need for multiple remotes. My one complaint is that the rechargeable batteries seems to die every couple weeks.

...but we ended up having to return it due to the level of complexity involved with programming and navigating the touchscreen.

Good Remote, but a bit buggy at times, but it's better than having a lot of remote controls. It controls every electronic item I needed it too.

Affordable remote that replaces all my other ones. Control every device and can turn on all the necessary equipment for each activity (watch TV, play DVD) all with the touch of a button.

Apparently a discontinued item, but good reviews. Takes a little while to set up if you have a lot of equipment, but overall a very nice remote.

This remote is working great for me on my 70” Vizio with Sonos sound bar and Direct TV. It will not work on a PlayStation or an Amazon Firestick, which I knew.

Having just one remote to access everything is nice. I was surprised how easy it is to use - love the backlit buttons. I can't comment on the setup because the Geek Squad installed it.

Device works well when programmed. Programming is not very user friendly, but once I figured out it works as it’s supposed to.

nice features, works well but not user friendly. has a learning curve that is not the most logical. Older model is more human.

I bought this as I ditched cable and wanted something to control getting around my Xbox One and Roku Premiere. Doesn't work on the Roku Streaming Stick but I did kind of expect that.
