Bought it to replace 5 controllers. Best thing is that you can customize it to your taste. bad thing, there's no percentage of battery that is left.

many reviews cautioned this was hard to program. But it is not all that hard. And like most other Logitech devices, works as expected.

We love having one remote operate all our devices. It takes a bit to get the hang of it, but Geek Squad taught me how to use it and the "help" button can reset things if need be.

Bought this a while back to replace an older logitech. It works just as good as the fancy one just limited in devices.

Well laid out universal remote with an adequate screen display of info and relatively easy programming through logitech. Nice Price to boot

This remote is awesome! I don't have to look everywhere just to change the channel or turn on the surround sound. This remote does it all.

This is a replacement for the same remote. We had the previous one 4 years and it was still working great although one of the sub device buttons fell off.

Nice to consolidate all my remotes in one place. Until purchasing this remote I was fumbling around with 5 different remotes often times looking for the needed one.

I bought this to replace the 4-function remote for Verizon FIOS. While it captures most of the commands, and you have the ability to 'teach' it some additional ones, it can't do it all. It does what I want it to most of the times, but sometimes it will only turn on one device at a time instead of all three. The Verizon 4- function remote works better if you can find it online somewhere.

I have this set up to my tv, sound bar, and hdmi switch. Works fantastically, except it can be a bit sluggish. But very good either way.

This harmony remote works fantastic. Dispersion has rechargeable batteries that last quite a long time. The device compatibility list is extensive also.

I bought it to replace four other remotes for my tv, cable box, roku and uno iptv box. Setting up is sipmle and the remote works well.

I upgraded from the 650. It is basically the same, but it doesn't burn through batteries like the 650 did with the recharge capability.

Harmony remote stands alone as being quite flexible in control of 3+ devices. It is, however difficult to program and does not shift between "watch a movie" and "watch TV" reliably every time. "Help" feature bails the user out in these cases, but it is a troublesome remedy to solve the problem and many users can't figure out how to use it.

But it's still complicated to do simple actions that I used to do. But maybe reading the instructions would help.
