Not sure I like having to go online to setup. Some people may not have access to a network.

I purchased for a great price. Setup was easy. Remote is easy to recharge. It works well with our 70" Sharp, Spectrum DVR, and surround system.

This is my second remote from Logitech - Harmony. I haven't had any problems with remote other than the number fading. setup is very easy.

Best universal remote available for the price, easy to use

When we use different remotes to turn on and off this unit seems to get confused and not function properly.

I wouldn't normally recommend buying a remote for this price, but it's amazing. I can control 8 different devices. The screen is a great feature.

Good remote to start with. You don't need many remotes to control different device. This remote does it job.

This is our 5th harmony, we have broken a couple and still have 3 in use. I think it’s the most user friendly line of remotes out.

The Mac software to set this up was SUPER clunky and required multiple programs to be installed. Once running, it didn’t run well and was clunky to use. Once I got it setup, actually using the remote wasn’t what I wanted, too many clicks to get to the buttons I want, easier to grab the original remote from the basket of remotes. I returned this product.

Needs to be updated every now and again, but most of the time, perfect!

I would like to give this remote 10 stars I have bought a couple of them in my house they hold up well as I do have kids

Bought it on sale for $49 after owning the 650 for a few years. Not much difference other than color, buttons are consistent best I can tell.

This remote is awesome! We have 2 of the older models but this one is even better because of the rechargability and more features!

I paid to have Geek Squad come to my house to program the unit so I think it was completed correctly but I was very disappointed with the operation of the remote. It's okay on the normal functions like channel and volume up and down but for functions that are not on the universal remote keys it is very cumbersome to scroll thru the screen to perform functions like change from type of sound, like to switch from theatre to news sound. But, the worst part is in the first day it completely froze up my TV 4-5 times. Had to re-start my set top box and then the TV would come to life and allow the remote to work. After trying to use the universal remote unsuccessfully I went back to the original remotes only to find that some of the buttons did not work at all! After much frustration and turning the devices on and off I got the original remotes working. I bagged up the universal remote and RETURNED it to the store.

The step above with the touch screen wasn't worth it. Really laggy and buggy, but with this model it has phsyical buttons that work great!
