    This is my second and last harmony remote. The tech told me it would only have to recharged about once every six months. I had to recharge it five times before I had it six months. Finally, it would not recharge at all. Even regular batteries do not last long. Sometimes I push a button to perform a function and nothing happens. I hate it.

    The Geek Squad person helped set up this for us. It's not worked as well as we had hoped although some of that may be user error. We are still learning how to use it but did not find the tutorial that helpful. The volume doesn't work well with it but that may have something to do with when we use Sonos. A bit disappointed.
