    Great concept and idea, but not functional all the time and can be frustrating. Sometimes it will work and turn on all my devices, sometimes it forgets one. Same with turning off. Wish it had a battery life indicator. Waiting for a better option

    The set up of the Logitech remote was pretty straight forward. Gather all the units you want to program and plug it into the online app so it will be downloaded onto the remote. You can even set up groups for what to turn on. After the set up, it gets more difficult. For some reason, pressing the preset buttons doesn't aways turn on the desired units you programmed. You have to press a different preprogrammed button and then go back to the one you want to get things to work. sometimes you need to go back to the original remote to turn on/off a unit to get it synched again with the Logitech. Very frustrating for something that should be straight forward and simple. Battery life on the unit is also less than desired. Constant charging or swapping out batteries is sometimes a hassle, especially when you are trying to watch a program and want to simply change the channel.

    This is the second remote I’ve bought since my last one was becoming more unresponsive. Well it’s been a while since purchase and it’s happening again. Have to mash button hard for a response. When it works it’s great but it’s starting to slowly die. Cost too much $$$ to die to soon.
