    I've been overly disappointed with the behavior of this remote. It's not really being asked to perform anything overly challenging - simply to turn on a new Philips TV & a Vizio sound bar. When one presses "Watch TV", one never knows what will happen next - the behavior of the remote is totally erratic. Behaviors range from nothing happening, to TV comes on but not the sound bar, to sound bar comes on but not the TV. Then the screen illuminates with a message "something is wrong do you want to fix it?" Similar behavior is exhibited when one attempts to activate "all off". Very frustrating not to mention disappointing. Why can't the thing program & remember the working codes"

    I had to call tech support to finally make everything work accurately, that was a 2 hour phone call. Now everything works OK. I purchased this during Christmas with $10 best buy reward certificate. So the price matches the quality. My buddy loves the touch screen RF version.
