    We've had a Logitech remote before, so set up was easy. Problem is that it does not work after installing recharged batteries. And Logitech support is not existent..

    It's good if you are using it for something thats right in front of you. When we purchased it we were told that it would work on a device that was hidden but that wasn't the case. We had to take it back.

    To be honest, it only didn't work with my DirecTV system. I also have a Harmony 860 remote. I love the 860 and have not been able to find a remote that works as well as the 860 which they do not make anymore.

    I am going to have to return this item because I could not program it to my Zoomtak Box. I was able to control most of my devices with it but no matter how much we tried it would not control our zoomtak box.

    I have 2 of these remotes. I have had 3 other harmony remotes over the past 12 years. The Harmony 650 needed batteries once ever 18 months. I've had to change the batteries in both remotes twice in 2 months.

    Works great overall, but unfortunately doesn't work with my Wii U or PS4. Everything else has been solid though. I also had to set up with a PC which was a little annoying. UI is a little clunky as well.

    Tried to get it to work with my Vizio TV, Sony DVD player and Apple TV. Would only work some of the time. Way too unreliable. Gave it to a friend and seemed to work much better with their components.

    It works, but I found the buttons small for my "sausage" fingers and the "intuitive" functions meant they weren't labeled (so needed getting fluent with) and the tiny screen that offers menus is a whole other level of familiarity that will be required. I can turn it off and on, one month in. On the plus side, by buying the Harmony Hub and linking to Amazon Echo -- the voice control works soooooo much better than any remote. (but it still needs the Harmony remote, so I guess it has that going for it -- computer talk to computer keeps me out of the loop)

    After THREE attempts at this remote, and multiple issues with the store, we still do not have a working remote. Having called, written and gone to the store, his has been the worst experience I've ever had.
