I feel like there is too much switching back and forth with this remote gets kinda irritating. Like the idea but maybe the newer version is better. Used the remote twice.

I purchase this in order to simplify my tv so that I could use 1 remote instead of 4. It did not work. I had already set up a functioning Harmony remote (different model) with ease but this one was broken. I returned it and received another one. It was broken too. I tried one more time and it again failed. Harmony makes good products, but this is not one of them.

We have the early generation Harmony remotes and needed 1 more. I have to say so far the new Harmony works okay but it is challenged by the newer technology TV's and Xfinity streaming.

My husband loves this remote. For me, it seems the same as the one we had before so not sure why we needed to purchase another universal remote but it works fine.

I purchased this remote when it was marked down. Figured for the price I couldn't go wrong, but I was wrong. The remote did not work with Alexa or other smart home devices like I had thought. It only worked like most universal remotes however you had to program it with an app on your computer. Then after programming it constantly stopped working to control devices it was programmed for. After reprogramming the device several times I decided to return even with the deep discount. Not worth it.

Too complex. Original remote is one button and done. This remote you must go through several screens to get the button you want to push. No dedicated input button.

I own Harmony One, Harmony 650. I bought this Harmony 700 for another setup. I syned it twice on my pc, and it works sluggishly. I need "Help" button quite often.

Does mostly what it's advertised to do, but it is not fully customizable. There is no "back" button for a TiVo DVR. Difficult to navigate Vizio TV menu. Cumbersome to switch between TV, DVR and surround controls with limited functions. Also, the TiVo needs to stay on all the time to properly record shows, so you can't use the power off function. You need to turn off the TV and surround individually. If you could truly customize each button to your existing remotes it would be 5 stars.

The remote does everything it is advertised to do. The problem is the batteries need to be charged very often and it’s inconvenient.

You really need the model numbers before you start. I like the idea of a All-in-One but so far it's not working out. I do love BB return policy though! FTW!

I bought it with the intention to get all equipment on one remote. It had trouble recognizing some of the equipment that I own.

I purchased this remote to control my stereo. What I do not like is remote needs to be pointed directly at stereo which I have behind my screen.

works pretty good has trouble sometimes turning the TV on or to the right input as I use 3 different HDMI inputs . Buy the next model up it works better

Bought it to replace several remotes. Unfortunately, some of my electronics are difficult to program. Oh well...

It takes several tries to get the program you want. We purchased it because supposedly it was able to work with the cabinets closed. Not too good at that.

No cradle or wall charger included with the remote. Only comes with the USB cord. So for a remote that advertises as “Rechargeable”, it isn’t unless you buy additional equipment. Don’t get me wrong, Logitech has the best universal remotes on the market (IHMO), and the 700 does what it advertises. For $40 it was a steal, but next time I would pony up the extra dough and get one with a cradle and more options. Not to mention that the 700 has been discontinued….

I like the remote, but I wish it was able to control my cable box better than it does. Several clicks needed to do it (and control the TV sound).

I went through the setup process slick as a whistle and the remote worked as advertised. I then decided to add an activity and make some tweeks to the aforementioned activities. That is when everything went bad. I could not get passed 99% every time I tried to sync. I even tried two different computers. All activities were then inoperable. It's going back to the store!

Unneeded remote for bedroom, was hoping it would be as good as harmony one without the touch screen. It gets the job done but not as good as one.

It sort of works but it is complicated to set up and use. If you are a tech nerd you will probably love it but it is not an easy to use device for seniors. You need to connect it to a computer to add a favorite channel (I think) or make any changes. I don't carry a computer around with me in a backpack all the time so making changes to this thing is not really practical. I recommend it for my grand kids but my golf buddies should buy more golf balls.
