Nice remote unfortunately does not work with less name brand TVs. Only reason for 3 star is that it didn't work with tv.

Best Buy technications said I already had what I needed. They programmed my equipment which Spectrum/charter made inoperable.

Good product, but the batteries only last about two weeks. And if you forget to charge it, you gotta use your other ones.

Works well with everything I have except my Directv DVR. Will not turn off or on and is slow on other functions. Worth it if its on sale.

For comparison, I have an old X-10 picture remote. That was a lot easier to program, and it showed more channels per window than the Harmony. The Harmony had a larger library of manufacturers and models of devices, but these are undoubtedly on Logitech's servers while X-10's hard coded in the device ROM. X-10's unit can also clone existing remotes for those situations (so can Harmony).

Dosent charge well and slow to respond when using.

I thought this remote would be the one but I was wrong and had to return it sadly. Wouldn't run all my components.

The button presses of this remote are very tactile and it has a nice weight, setup and function could be better

We had an original Logitech Harmony purchased many years ago that was awesome. This one, in contrast, feels like cheap plastic. It is not rechargable, like the original. On a regular basis, it just stops sending the correct signals, and you have to keep switching between activities and devices before it will finally work again. In most cases, later generations of product improve on the original, but definitely not this time.

It seems like a great remote. I just wanted a basic replacement for my Vizio, and this remote was just too much for me.

Not the best one out there and some of the buttons don’t work as they should. But serves its purpose.

I liked the idea of this better than the actual product. Maybe it's just me but it's very confusing while setting it up

This remote control doesn't do what it is supposed to do just to turn the TV on. Very frustrated with it.

The overall product was fine it was just a pain in the butt to get used to you how do use

Could not see spending big dollars on a remote, but this product on sale caught my eye. It may be me but I spent hours trying to set this thing up. Never did really get the Dish setup to work, but everything else is okay. Logitech customer service was no help, over 25 minutes on hold, finally gave up. At the sale price I will keep, but not satisfied with performance

This is a good remote but its difficult to program, it took me a few tries before I got an hang of it

Set it up for a friend. I have 2 higher end Logitech remotes. Spend a little more to get a nicer one.
