    It would not maintain the devices programmed. Never worked the sound bar. Returned for REFUND.

    Remote turns on devices but if it sits dormant for awhile there are too many steps to activate the next actions. Screen lights up when it senses movement but it defaults to either a push for "help" screen or the number of button pushes required to locate the device to work with or to select "Activities" that do not appear on the screen is ridiculous.

    I bought this thinking it would be able to replace all my remotes as I have an Apple TV, Fire TV, Bose HT, Samsung TV in my living room. It does not work with latest devices like Fire TV that work on Bluetooth technology. If you don't have a Fire TV or bluetooth remote device, this could be a good buy when on sale.

    Programming requires time and is not as easy as it should be. While it performs well when it is in the correct mode, it too often has to be switched back because it won't operate all equipment as it should when under a particular activity. Too expensive to be this difficult to work with.

    I work for Best Buy, and I just spent 3 hours attempting to set this up to no avail. You can run the remote programming on it through your computer, once you follow all the prompts, it synchronizes and imports all the data you just entered. If you have a windows computer it will freeze at 99% every single time. You can disconnect at this point and it will have memorized the information from initial setup, but when you want to access the more intricate menu to program buttons and what not, you find that you have to had COMPLETED the sync to access this menu. This is apparently a known problem with logitech remotes and it has not been resolved since 2012. As a Best Buy employee I will not sell these harmony remotes if they do not have the hub and will never attempt one of these remotes ever again. It's much easier to just have multiple remotes, or really dole it out for the SAVANT remotes.
