    The remote itself was nothing to write home about but it got the job done (although my BF hated the layout of the buttons). It's been about a year and it won't hold a charge now. If you buy this remote be sure to purchase the Best Buy warranty plan otherwise you'll be SOL.

    After countless hours and weeks of online help trying to set this remote up for activities I am sad to say I retired this remote to the drawer. I had high hopes after reading some reviews but could not be more disappointed. It is not a truly smart remote but does a hunt and peck and hope it finds the correct input. The remote does control everything individually but the programmed activities leaves much to be desired. The software interface is not very user friendly and limited in functionality along with being very slow to sync. Syncing is to logitech's website which is extremely slow and unreliable. Buy it, try it, you may get lucky but I would search the WEB first as I am not the only person with issues with logitech remotes.

    I had the Harmony 650 before and it worked well. I expected the settings to transfer easily and the dos not. Some devices worked well but my Sony receiver had to be learned one step at a time and it is still not working well. Very disappointed.

    I've had this a few months now, and four random times now it's lost its configuration. It's annoying to have to hook it up to my laptop to use it. I've since given up and gone back to shuffling between my other four remotes.
