    First replacement same as the original unit. I charge the batteries overnight, and it still goes into an endless loop of "charge unit." Never gets off the ground to program, even though it found the model nunbers of my new TVs without manual entry.

    I had a Harmony 600 which my wife loved because the built-in Help troubleshooting screens fixed any problems with turning on and setting up our AV System of components. After years of service the on/off button stop working. So I replaced it with the newer Harmony 700 remote. This remote is even easier for the wife to use with it's expanded feature set - to name a few choice additions: -color screen -motion sense lighting -rechargeable AA batteries with AC to DC wall charger -improved software for programming the remote for my AV system

    Very disappointed in this remote. It is difficult to program. My original remote screen was not visible so I could not use it to sync the new one. No other options to get volume to work. Returning it.

    I used the Q@ because of the price. It won't satay chargedd, forgets where it is and what is programmed. finally threw out the rechargeable batteris and now go through a set of double A's every month.

    Bought this in hopes of obviously just being able to get everything into 1 remote. Doesn't work on PS4 console, once you get programmed, it switches inputs randomly.
