Not user friendly to the touch and battery depletes very quickly. Battery supposed to last 7 days but only lasts 2 days.

Easy to use and geek squad was a big help they installed my new TV and set up the remote then showed me how to work everything well worth the pro install kit in wall and remote to work everything Geek squad made everything so easy well worth the extra fee

Remote was easy to configure for both my SmartTV as well as my Spectrum DVR box. The buttons are highly customizable and I have had no issues with anything loosing it's setting or connectivity with any of the devices.

Overall very nice remote with easy setup. I do wish that it had a physical keypad like the harmony one remote that it replaced.

Good universal remote & set up easy. For some reason poor battery life with little use so requires frequent charging.

I had a older Harmony that was 10 years old and bought new TV for Christmas and thought I would buy a new Harmony. Me and especially my wife love pressing one button and turning everything on.

This remote does everything that your needing to achieve with your audio needs

Great remote the only problem that exists now is that if you have a Mac product and you updated to Catalina, this remote will not communicate and therefore it will not work properly. And that I just recently purchased this remote, there’s not really anything I can do except use both remotes to make the TV work, The one that came with cox to change channels And the harmony to change the volumes And turn the TV off and on Since it goes through the sound system that does not communicate with Cox, Can’t recommend until harmony updates it’s software to communicate with the changes in Catalina

Cons: Screen is far too touchy. Buttons are now located at inconvinent places and very small. I wish there was an other remote to use but the choices are limited and so are the electronics stores to purchase them. I can't recommend this remote. Pros; However the software interface on the computer to program is better and the remote programs twice as fast as the Harmony One. Also it is lighter and small which is a plus. I would research and find something else.

my old 890 did not stay charged long enough. no touch screen not much better battery life with the 950 but works good.

I bought this remote because I thought it would be robust enough to control my Arcam preamp. It was easy to setup and works great. I also love that fact that it’s rechargeable and does not rely on batteries. Highly recommended remote.

This remote is easy to set up. Sometimes though it will not turn on something properly, so i go through the help button to fix the problem.

In our household, often times my gf and child will get frustrated with how many remotes we have and how you have to work each one. Now, with this remote and the help of Geek Squad setting it up, even my 3 year old can use this remote on his own.

I had a prior Harmony model and it wore out. This newer model is more versatile and easier to go to different channels and devices. The devices seem more responsive than the older one I had. They respond faster. I'm enjoying this remote immensely.

I bought this remote as a replacement for my older Logitech remote. So far, this remote has accomplished all of my goals. Very pleased with the setup and use. Highly recommended for all home theaters.

After fighting the mess of all the remotes and after trying other supposed "universal remote" devices, I finally did what I should have done much earlier. This device was easy to understand and configure and it resolved my issues.

I had the 900 series Harmony prior to this one and really liked it. The 950 has somewhat of an odd layout for the buttons but it is growing on me. The upgrade allow me to autoload the 900 activities into the 950 - which helped considerably.

This remote works well. I was easily able to replace my broken older harmony remote that I damaged by accident. Almost no effort... Very happy and about a month later I am very happy with how this remote is working. I would buy this again!

Once you download the app. it is very easy to set up. All you need is make and model numbers of products that you are using. Set up different activities and you are on your way
