This is the mid-range universal remote and what I really like about this remote is that it is very simple…the entire unit is back lit so you can see this in the dark provided your eyesight is really good. There is also a touch screen that also acts as a keypad and you can also swipe across three basic screens; however, each screen can have subdivisions to some of the options…the unit will control up to 15 components PLUS lighting for the room if you have an app & bulb for that purpose...

We really like the remote but, it is so touchy. Like the way it charges. Not like the old one that laid in a cradle.

Great remote. I prefer the older model but this is still a good remote.

The remote works excellent and paired with the hub can turn items on without line of sight. The major draw back is that the touch screen is super finicky. One time you will press it won’t work, the next time you don’t hit anything and it works. Seems pretty random on the touch sensitivity for such an expensive remote. That said, with the hub it controls my Phillips hue and all my inputs amazingly well.

Love Logitech products. This remote is great, software on this device is well designed the only drawback is the battery life. Remote last 2 days without a charge due to the screens high battery demand

Bought this to organize my father-in-law’s remotes. He needed 4 just to watch TV or a movie. We have the Smart Hun already so I knew this was a solid purchase. He loves it.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Great product albeit a little expensive, but worth the investment.

I had the original remote that comes with the hub. Upgraded to this for much improved ease of use. Really worth it especially if you can get a good sale price

Purchased the 950 to replace a dying Harmony 700. The previous 700 account & settings did not transfer like I was told would make the new remote setup easier. I had to set up a new account for the 950. Setting up six devices was not as easy as advertised. For example in the set up the program want to know some HDMI ports. If you don't know this or the ports aren't visible, then you have take a guess. And if it's a bad guess then you to reprogram the 950 to try and fix the particular device. I think the Logitech website is terrible. It's difficult to find stuff. For example I could not find an owner's manual. There's a setup guide but it doesn't tell you anything about the remote. There is no illustration that describes the function of each button. Although some buttons are programable I didn't find any description of what the default function was (if any). The remote seems to be well made function ok, but I would only recommend it to someone who has just a couple of devices to control or is technically proficient. April 2020.

It's a nice universal remote. Only issue appears to be the limited battery life before requiring recharging.

I've owned 5 Logitech Remotes and this one is the BEST EVER!!!! Very easy to set up and customize... It even transfers device settings from old remotes....saving a lot of time.

Awesome remote... Allowed me to get rid of all my other remotes... Allows me to also control some lighting along with my A/V equipment.

Easy setup and customization. This is my fourth different Harmony remote for various rooms and have also purchased for family members.

I purchased this Harmony remote to replace another one that cracked. Very easy to set up and operates my electronics seamlessly. Harmony remotes are the only ones I will continue to purchase.
