We had Geek Squad program it, best decision, as last unit was impossible to program. But a very easy to use remote.

Great remote, saved a marriage. My wife was giving me much grief over having 4 remotes. Only need one now. Very happy with it!

Needed a universal remote, and I’ve bought Logitech products I’m the past with never any major problems. Only thing that bugs me about the remote is that it never works properly the first time, I always have to use “help” and it will correct all the issues. Takes about 5 seconds so nothing major. I’d still buy product again.

The controller feels wonderful. I the size and location of the buttons. The setup was easy and painless. It works really well.

I’ve used multiple Logitech remotes for at least 8 years. I’ve had no issues setting up the activities. The issue I (and a friend) had is with tech support. We were each on the phone for 4+ hours trying to set the Elite up with a hub. I had to figure it out for myself.

Replaced my Harmony 880 with this 950 after buying all new tv/audio equipment. Love it. Does everything I throw at it. Activities are a snap with the new software. Only had to adjust one delay timing from default up a little higher for my Favorites Channels on my Uverse dvr. Highly recommend it.

My old Logitech remote died. This was the closest to my old unit. I have problems with the touch screen. The keypad requires three side swipes and does not always come up. I would stay with one that has a button keyboard.

Easy setup, perfect layout. By far my favorite remote. Ideal for tech savvy folks, but works great for anyone.

Remote sets up easily, controls like a typical harmony. No issues with Apple TV 4th gen. I like the fact I can also control Nest thermostat, Hue lighting and monitor our nest smoke detectors. We have two remotes and one seems to have issues connecting to the hue bridge while the other doesn't. Other than that, works as advertised.

I was hoping to replace 5 remotes with this one. I knew it didn't have voice, but didn't realize how much I'd miss it (or actually my kids would miss it). It's also not so smart in terms of powering on and off devices - mostly its a toggle, so if the soundbar is on and I click "watch Apple TV" it turns the soundbar off. The customization is only via a computer - which I knew when I bought it - and I had to manually add several other buttons. Easily done but not intuitive. If you're spending this much, spend a little more and get the hub, or spend less on a remote with fewer options. This one doesn't do anything that my panasonic bluRay remote can't do. Well, it does let me put a picture of my dog in the menu...

This really makes the harmony hub way more user friendly without an idevice. Everything is easy to program and navigate.

It is a bit tricky to set up. However, once it's setup a click of the button turns everything on. Off works the same way.

Although it seem complicated the setup and operation is trouble free and very intuitive.

This is a very nice remote that can be custom tailored to perform a lot of functions. I use it to control the TV, DVD, Receiver, CD and combinations of the above. It makes it a lot simpler to only need two controllers. Unfortunately it doesn’t work well with my Direct TV controller, but works with the others.
