I wish the software interface was a bit faster, and the apps a bit less clunky, but Logitech is a hardware company and not a software company, so it is what it is.

So I have to go into decides and manually change it. Seeing it up was pretty easy but it didn't have my Samsung sound bar for some reason.

Needs to be professionally set up; I had the GEEK Squad do. Stay away from the aspect function, hard to get out of. Once you get the hang of it, it's incredibly versatile.

It works good just not good enough

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works well with tv receiver and Apple TV except when u want Apple TV as default that’s when it gets fishy it doesn’t do receiver volume or it switches to tv then ur Apple TV won’t select or go home it’s not that fun.

Easy to set up and use

Love the Harmony Remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Harmony 950 Universal Remote to replace a Universal Remote sold to us by our audio/visual provider. While the previous remote worked fine, we were unable to make any updates or changes to that remote without a service visit from the vendor (proprietary software). This was a huge inconvenience (and expensive). We changed to the Harmony and couldn't be happier. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic upgrade from 650!

It has more capabilities and doesn't require weekly battery changes with the built-in rechargeable battery. The only complaint we have thus far is sometimes it is a little too easy to inadvertently tap the touch screen and execute an unwanted command. Just requires a little bit of getting used to. Otherwise, very pleased!
